We had a great three nights at this hotel with a large and comfortable room. The desk clerk, Estefany Sanchez, made us welcome from the moment we entered. She helped us with our car and got us into a great room right away. The hotel is close is several good restaurants, especially Gage and Tollner which is a block away. Another desk clerk, Marianna, helped us get an affordable car to go visit some Brooklyn sights in the heat of the day. A great staff made us feel very welcome!

An amazing experience .. The receptionist Estefany went over and above her way in order to please and help with our transportations as well as make us feel at home .. I have been to the Hilton Brooklyn, New York, several times. This is one of the few occasions I felt truly welcomed. On this trip, I arrived about a half-hour before check-in time. The app showed that my room was not ready. All other times this happened, I was told I had to wait until check-in time, and I would be notified in the app when my room was ready. This time, when I went to the front desk, Jorge greeted me with a warm smile. His manner was so inviting, and he seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say. He immediately checked me in, provided me with a room number, and refreshed my memory on the logistics of the property. In all my travels (and I travel almost weekly), Jorge has been one of the delights and highlights of my check-in process at Hilton properties. Keep smiling, Jorge! Having stayed at this hotel a number of times, we've found it to be reliable, clean and comfortable. Staff at the front desk are efficient and friendly, no matter how late we've arrived. Both the check-in and check-out process are fast and efficient. Typcially, we're offered a nice cold bottle of water at check-in, which is very much appreciated. The rooms are decent sized, though our last stay we managed to score a huge corner room full of windows. The hotel is in the city, so views are never so good and you will likely hear street noise on the lower floors. Breakfast looks good but we've never partaken. Would recommend as a reliable and comfortable hotel.

It’s a bit more quiet location. The wait staff at the restaurant lobby & breakfast were extremely efficient. Room was good, noise level was acceptable. The location was great. I would definitely go back to this property.

After months of searching, researching, & reserving for an accessible mobility room for NYC, we found the perfect place. For the room we needed, the price, the customer service from the property, we stayed in Hilton Brooklyn in downtown Brooklyn with close to 500 square feet of hotel room. The excellent customer service, a shout out to Isabela, & the square footage is what sold us. The bathroom was spotless & I was able to move around the room with my chair easily. Bartender was friendly and received great customer service. We had breakfast there. I was impressed at the quality of the meal. The room is quiet. You could not hear the traffic or the next room. It’s easy to get to some of the best beer in NYC. The hotel is walking distance to Juniors, DUMBO, & other must go places. The city’s bus drivers are friendly, and accommodate nicely. It’s easy to get the ferry & head to other boroughs. The subways are not useful for mechanical wheelchair users. If you do your homework before going, you can get discounted mass transportation & free rides for your PCA. If you go the extra mile, if need be, you can apply for a NYC visitor’s parking permit which can be very beneficial. Managing the chair’s charge is important. I learned to carry mine & charge it.
