My husband and I have been traveling to Savannah for years and the Hyatt is our favorite place to stay when we come to this beautiful city. The hotel is located along riverside with great views of the skyline and bridge. The customer service, staff and rooms are top notch along with the retaurant and bar, Moss and Oak.

The hotel looks nice, however the dark Doors in the bathroom I could see all the finger prints. Liquid splash at the door. The door and walls were pretty dirty. In top of the mini fridge, tons of dirt. The pool was not working and I was not advised about it.

A friend and I spent two nights at this hotel and were very pleased. Upon arrival, we were greeted at the steps by Anthony who helped with the car and our luggage - he was courteous, friendly, and personable. Front desk staff were very nice, and we found our double room with a view of Bay Street to be great - we were within walking distance of many establishments along the river, along with being able to see the massive ships and other vessels using the river. WiFi service was provided and worked well - no problems with connectivity or speed. Overall, a very nice place to stay with reasonable prices and excellent accommodations.

You can’t beat the location of this hotel. Just about everything is within walking distance of the hotel if you can handle the Savannah heat! Extremely accommodating hotel staff that really make you feel welcomed. Tripp was super helpful during our arrival process and also provided us with wonderful dinner recommendations. Corey was wonderful as well as he assisted us with getting our luggage to the room. Wonderful Stay!

This is a great location and the service is always amazing. Love the accommodations! The mattress was the only thing that wasn’t so comfortable for me. The shops and restaurants close to this location are all great. Make sure to get some pralines and stop at Huey’s for beignets.

After a long drive, greeted by valet and then registered. The views from the hotel spectacular and stunning of River Street! We started out journey on the glass elevators with a view of a eye gazing lobby. The room was easy to find and had a warm feel of cozy and the beds were perfect with nice pillows. Loved the workout area and pool. Nice coming back from Haunted yours and little shop open to get ice cream and ice cold water. Waking up to eat on the balcony with a stunning view of River Street! Valet was so nice and accommodating to!!

There were no washcloths available during our stay. No plastic bags in the trashcans. Bathroom trashcan was rustic. The microwave in the lobby was extremely dirty. I had to ask several times to have it cleaned.
