I'm embarrassed for Ramada. This hotel was listed as a 3 star and should have been 2 stars. We paid a 3-star price, assuming a Ramada would always be up to a reasonable standard. The fixtures were rusted and great hunks of vinyl surface were literally peeling off the barhroom walls. The minimal continental breakfast was in a dark little rooom. Pros: It was clean and the front desk clerk was nice.

The lady, who was in training, at the front desk when we checked in was very nice. This is about the only thing I have nice to say. The poor lady had to go outside to tell the staff to stop swearing so loudly. An incident that was repeated outside our room the next morning. The area wasn’t the safest feeling, but I guess it could worse. It did have room to part our uhaul trainer and luckily none messed with it. The breakfast was pretty meh. It looked like it had been set up without much concern. I was the first person there. Packaged goods and random bread and bagels thrown in a box. No drinking water. The breakfast attendant sat there complaining that the internet was down and she could t watch tv. Oh, yeah - the internet was not great. The rooms were old and pretty gross. Whoever they hired as a photographer is a genius.

We had the worst experience. First we were given a dirty and already used room. When I went back, they moved us to another which was also dirty but the beds were made. We were exhausted from our trip but after being told no one would come into our room because of covid protocols I went to the local walmart to buy cleaning supplies. The bathroom smelled like urine, the paint was chipping in huge chunks, the smoke alarm was ripped out of the ceiling, it was a hot mess. The pool even looked scary. We did NOT eat breakfast there and were just thankful it was a 2 day stop. Ive never had this experience with a ramada but I will never stay with them again. We were just shooed away mostly and I didnt want to make a bigger issue as it would only mean another room change that would probably be as bad or worse.

The rooms in this hotel are not properly cleaned, the bedding had brown stains, broken curtains left no privacy, and the door wasn't secure. I spoke to the staff member who informed me that there were no other rooms available. I immediately left to find another lodging in the area. Do not stay here. Other hotels in the area are much nicer.

Excellent location and not a bad place. Just no cleaning staff. My room was dirty when I arrived and stayed dirty for over a day. Continental breakfast is lacking so hit it for mid day snacks for later like to take to the beach or for coffee.

The room was a bit of a letdown, it wasn't as clean as I would expect. Whilst it did house a microwave and refrigerator and coffee making facility it didn't have any coffee or even a trash can. Coffee was provided at the reception which was fine if you preferred decaffeinated because there was no other type available even on request, the staff promised to supply coffee to the room and also supply a trash can, neither was forthcoming, I reminded them of their failing and sometime later a trash can without a liner was supplied, still no coffee consequently I was not impressed with the service, On a positive note there was a decent swimming pool and reasonable continental breakfast available and it was close to a number of bars/restaurants'

The room was dirty, bugs on the mattress, pool was full of grease! Had to change rooms 3 times ! Will not stay again! If it wasn’t so expensive to cancel the reservation I would have but definitely not worth the money! Highly disappointed! All workers were unhelpful and half were high as all get out! And no hot water! And not to mention the a/c didn’t work the first night even though we notified them as soon as we arrived!

Just because it's a Ramada does not make it good. Not in a safe area. No amenities in the room and could not get them. Breakfast was ok. Pool was closed. Coffee maker in office was broke. Carpet looked filthy. Even though there were wipe marks and streaks everywhere in the room it did not smell or look clean. Plus was bed was comfortable and the girls at the front desk were amazing. Not worth the money!

Plenty of other hotels in the area. This one is under-staffed; dirty; sketchy people hanging out. We tried to check-in at 3:30 pm, and were told housekeeping staff had just arrived; come back in an hour.

We checked in on June 17, 2022 around 9:30pm. We didn't even get settled into a room til after 12am. The first room we went in to the ac didn't work and the whole faceplate was off of it. So we changed room, the second one rinked of mold and mildew, there was a roach behind the door, and all kinds of dead bugs/nats all around the room, the light in the bath room was sparking when you turned it on with out a light cover over it and all kinds of exposed wires. The 3rd room we entered was much better altho the whole entire floor (carpet) was soaked and stunk of once again mold and mildew, from the ac leaking in and not outside, and moldy food in the microwave. The 4th room wasn't clean or the beds changed. The 5th room they tried to put us in was one bed we had two kids with us also... So that didn't work. Finally the 6th room that we entered was ok? The toilet kept running and wanting to flush, so my husband fixed it. We had a long day in beautiful savannah, and this hotel mad our entire day ruin. I'm not even sure how this hotel can remain opened still. There's so many dhec violations. So I've been looking into the bbb in Savannah and sent a message to the mayor of Savannah and also called dhec with a message. apparently the house keepers have no IDEA how to clean. (I used to clean hotels). And who ever is doing the work on the place is a crack head and not licensed or just plain stupid. This whole hotel needs to be tore down and started over. Also I left my na.e and number for the manager to call me and I have yet to receive a call
