We stayed at the Mansion on Forsyth Park through the American Express Travel Program & were very pleased with everything. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous inside & the location can't be beat. We arrived & had a prompt check in however through AmEx Travel there are a few benefits that the person at the front desk wasn't 100% familiar with (Room Upgrade if available, etc). We got to room & realized we forgot to ask if there was an upgrade available. Went back to desk on our way out for the night & inquired & there was so make sure you ask if you are an AmEX traveler. They were gracious and upgraded our room and apologized for the inconvenience. Loved the champagne happy hour (5-6) in the lobby. The bar was great and had awesome piano music playing in the background. Was told the hotel would be getting a major upgrade due to a new owner.…
The hotel was amazing, close to everything with many historical monuments. Car service was excellent, our valet Jaydn did a great job bringing our car fast and in a careful way! Best part of the trip for sure. The service is amazing won’t regret it.
I would recommend this hotel 100%. The staff is friendly and personable. I have to give a shout out to Storie. She gave us recommendations for food and ways to travel around the city that saved us a bunch of money. She always had a smile and a w a rm greeting whenever we saw her. Many of the staff was like that as well. Seriously we had a great trip and the staff here was a huge part of it.
We stayed following a wedding weekend. The hotel is an easy walk to the river area. Check in was easy, and the valet was able to hold our bags until the room was ready. The room was very comfortableand quiet, with a bathtub you could swim in. It was a great place to wind down after a busy weekend. There is a lot of art work on the walls, a bit eclectic for our taste, but interesting.
The hotel is gorgeous and is well maintained. The staff is amazing!! My husband had booked a room for the wrong date and we needed to stay in a room that was allergen free. Cinthia and the other front desk staff along with housekeeping worked diligently to get us into a room where I wouldn’t have any problems with my allergies/asthma. It is such a beautiful hotel and it’s very clean. We would love to stay here again!!!
Art is everywhere in this hotel. Centrally located on the lovely Forsyth park (with an amazing breakfast spot across the street), this hotel has beautifully appointed rooms, a welcoming common area to enjoy your 5:00pm complimentary champagne, and a tented outdoor seating area that is dripping with charm. Every part of our stay was easy and fun, including the pool (which is getting a needed facelift) and complimentary bikes to ride. 700 Drayton next door is equally as fascinating to look at and the food is superb.
When the valet understands that the first impression to make is theirs, and they own it, you must recognize that person. And Storie did just that. From a late arrival; being incredibly accommodating, to storing our luggage and the care of our car. All first class. Storie just gets it.
Jadyn and myah in valet at the Mansion on Forsyth were amazing and so helpful upon check in and departure. 700 drayton was an amazing experience for dinner and the marble courtyard by the pool was unbelievably beautiful
We came to Savannah for a few days and had a lovely stay at the Mansion! It is such a beautiful and unique boutique hotel. The staff is perfectly prepared to welcome their guests for an amazing experience. From the Front Desk, Valet and Concierge Team's; they take great pride in their exemplary customer service and Southern Hospitality. They really went above and beyond what we expected. A special thank you to the Mansion staff who made our stay so memorable; Ms. Cynthia, Raven, Cheris, Mya, Cindy, Melissa, Charlie and Marty. Thank you!
From the moment you walk in to this place, it gets you interested. The people who work here could not be any nicer or more accommodating! Our 2 queen bed room was extremely large and well appointed for an historic hotel. The pool is small but relaxing after a long day of walking and sightseeing. Coffee every morning, flavored water throughout the day and champagne from 5-6 every evening are just a few of the perks that make this place more than memorable. We also ate at the onsite restaurant…delicious! Plus, don’t miss signing up for one of the cooking classes. Chef Jason was terrific!! Absolutely one of the highlights of our stay! We will definitely be back!! Thanks for everything!!
