Amazing property with amazing and helpful staff. We love the Andaz suite as it overlooks the square. We had a breakfast credit which we applied towards room service and were able to enjoy breakfast in bed each morning. This is now our third stay at this property and they never fail to impress. Hotel's Favorite
We stayed at the Andaz as that was the hotel choice for the wedding guest to stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. The location of the hotel is in walking distance to the river as well restaurants and bars. We had to valet our car as the parking garage was full when we arrived. We didn’t need our car as we walked to where we needed to go. All the staff we encountered were very polite and friendly.

From check in to checkout, everything was perfect! We were staying overnight for a work Christmas party at Sorry Charlie's and Andaz is the absolute perfect walkable location. We were greeted immediately by valet who assisted with our luggage. The front desk guest rep with very friendly, enthusiastic and had the cutest red and black flannel on 😍 check in was a breeze and they even offered us complimentary champagne 🍾 which is always a plus! They also allowed us to check in early! Definitely wasn't expecting it! The room was spacious and clean and comfortable! They offered a wide selection of complimentary and to buy option within the mini bar. We met with friends at their bar that evening where they had live music. We could've stay there all not if we didn't have our work party. But drinks and atmosphere were completely on point! They also allowed us a late checkout that was well needed after the nights festivities lol checkout was a breeze and all guest reps were fantastic! I will absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend Andaz to anyone! …

Comfortable, clean, and GREAT STAFF! From the greeting as we entered through the wave goodbye as we left, it was a fabulous experience. The happy hour with plentiful apps were great, no charge for items in the in-room fridge and the fire pits outdoors and s'mores were an unexpected bonus!

Wonderful stay at the Andaz in Savannah. The staff was cordial and professional and ALL had a big smile. Got an upgrade to a suite with complimentary breakfast and parking...what a treat!! Katherine Wells, at the front desk was always attentive and helpfull. Room was cozy and with a whirpool and a balcony. Room was clean and quiet with little music from a bar accross the street..other than that this was a great stay and I will definitely come back

The Andaz hotel was in a great location in Savannah within walking distance to the majority of Savannah's highlights including the tours, city market, shopping, and river walk. The staff were friendly and accommodating. There is a daily resort fee which includes unlimited soda, juice, chips, coffee in room and smore kits for the fire pit as well as daily beer/wine and appetizer tastings. Rooms were spacious and clean.

The location is a short walk from the waterfront and a short walk from the downtown area. There is a parking garage next to the hotel if you don't want to use the valet. We were greeted with a drink at check in. The list of things the hotel provides for your comfort is explained. I had to have it explained twice. There are food items supplied in your room that you may expect to pay for. Some of that food is yours for free and will be replaced each day. Some of it has a charge. They also provided complementary appetizers each day. They also provided the making for smores using the fire pit on the second floor by the pool. Almost forgot, the room was great as well. Very comfortable. The staff always smiling and asking to help at every turn.

Beautiful hotel in the best location. Right at City Market and Ellis Square. River walk is very close as are popular restaurants like Treylor Double Wide, Lady and Sons, Sorry Charlie, etc. etc. It's away from Bay Street, to it is much quieter than those hotels. The staff are very friendly, and helpful. Beds are very comfortable. The a la carte breakfast is very very good. The concierge helped with discount tickets for the tour. I will definitely return to the hotel. The concierge helped us with Savannah Pedicab, which is a great mode of transportation. We loved Tamara. But this hotel is really super. It reminded me of a hotel in Paris as it is more modern in it's approach. Really enjoyed our time here!

The city of Savannah is delightful and completely charming. The Hyatt Andaz is the perfect base for a visit - Both for shopping - there are lots of good quality second hand shops - And for exploring the gardens, avenues and museums. The expected bonus was a suite upgrade - we’d used an upgrade voucher. We were given an Ellis Suite overlooking the square - thank you. We liked the free (non alcoholic) minibar for its refreshments and treats. The second bonus was the free wine or beer tasting with two complimentary starters at the bar each evening. The drinks were two small measures that added up a to full measure and the two dishes were tasters that persuaded us to stay and take our dinner as well. I’m not sure whether this was a suite bonus or a Globalist bonus - but it was well received - thank you. The best bonus was the dazzling welcome we received from Tasha on check in. We were delayed and arrived after midnight. Tasha’s outfit sparkled just as her personality sparkles. Besides reviving our lagging spirits she also proffered glasses of sparkling wine.
