The ONLY reason booking here was because their website advertises an indoor pool. While visiting with my spouse who's inpatient at Johns Hopkins, I needed something to entertain our 6 year old grandson that's on mid-winter break from school. Fortunately, I was wise enough to

I am not generally one to complain about my room. However, this time I felt compelled too. There was a small pile of rice on the carpet next to my bed. I assumed that house cleaning simply overlooked it when they vacuumed and it would get taken care of when they came to tidy

On Monday, January 28, I arrived at this location to check-in for a two-night stay business trip. Long story short, my office had changed my reservation to another hotel and had not provided me with the updated hotel information! Through all of this logistics comedy, Natlin

Positives: The location of the hotel is fine and parking was relatively easy. The room is a fair size although the bathroom is a little small. Negatives: *THERE ARE MANY* Hotel service is quite awful even though all of the interactions with the staff were pleasant. The room is

Hi rb82015, Thank you for staying with us and for leaving a review on TripAdvisor. I am glad that you found our location to be convenient. I am sorry for the service letdown from our hotel staff. I also regret any inconvenience the shower and the HVAC system may have caused. Your comfort is important to us and I am sorry for letting you feel otherwise. I have taken note of your comments and shared them with our management team to review the procedures we have in place and make necessary improvements accordingly. Again, thank you for your comments and for choosing us for your lodging needs. Sincerely, Ingrid V Case Manager IHGService

The public areas of the hotel were fine, but room was in terrible need of updating. There are two towers and ours was not the one in which the lobby was located. As a result, you had to go outside to get to any hotel amenity including the front desk. The entire tower was

Hello Burgerwas42, Thank you for taking a moment to let us know how we're doing; we value feedback of all varieties. Our staff will be pleased to hear that they made quite the impression on you. On the other hand, I'm so sorry for the inadequate condition of the room assigned to you that spoiled your stay. This is obviously not the typical IHG experience we take pride for. Don't worry, I took the necessary steps to ensure our management gets to read your post and review these things that came up short. Please stay with us again for a more gratifying experience. Sincerely, Krysllin G. Case Manager IHGService

is there free parking
I flew into BWI and took a cab. $45 from airport to hotel. There is a parking lot between the Holiday Inn and Marriott, adjacent to Holiday. Wish I had a better answer, but all meetings/attractions within easy walking distance. Ask for "The Dorothy" if you end up in the Inner-Harbor bar. Don't drive!
