We had a wonderful experience. The hotel had wonderful security protocols that made us feel safe in the inner city. To get to any guest room floors, a room key must be scanned to get to that floor in the elevator. Also, between 1145p-6a, the hotel requires a room key be swiped

We went to get away from our kids. The hotel doors slammed and made it impossible to nap because there was a cheerleading convention in town and so many kids slamming doors on our floor. The exterior of the hotel windows were peeling and weathered.

I reserved a Mobility Accessible king room with roll in shower. I am in a wheelchair. When we arrived, we were told that the king mobility accessible room was not available because it had not been cleaned, and we were given an accessible room with 2 queens, no roll in shower.

On behalf of the entire team, I want to apologize that your visit was not up to our, or your, high standards. We are particularly sensitive to our guests who require accessibility options, so we were very disappointed that the room you wanted was not available. Please contact me directly if there is anything I can do to make up for the fact that your experience was not typical of what we provide. We hope that you will give us another chance in the future, as we look forward to providing you with an amazing experience. -Justin Davis, General Manager

Absolutely. The Station is University Centre. You can ride the train from BWI. It is a 10 minute walk. You will be right behind the Royal Farms Arena. Can't miss it. If you arrive in the evening, I suggest getting off at the Convention Center and walking up Light Street.

Yes it has an indoor pool and I’ve been a few times since I’ve been here. Very nice and quiet and I usually have the pool to myself

You would walk down Light Street to Pratt. Two very short blocks. Walk down to Washington Boulevard and turn left. Park is right there. I'm a fast walker and it takes me 10 minutes. Google Maps can give you shortest route and an average time. If walking is a problem you could stay at the Hampton Inn Baltimore/Convention Center on Washington Blvd. which is right across street from park and is a nicer hotel.

You really walk five minutes. If that.you cross Light St. and come immediately to Charles St. Then you are facing Hopkins Plaza, a federal building. Cross the plaza and the Royal Farms is right there.
