i have used hotel to cruise and/or airport shuttles several times in the last few years. in each case, i was required to sign up the night before to reserve space. each hotel had its own schedule (usually every half hour or similar scheduling).

The main campus of the University is in College Park, Maryland - just northeast of Washington DC which is about an hour's drive. BUT I think there are satellite campuses in Baltimore so you really need an address to assess the relative locations of where you need to be.
