The hotel was beautiful~ The customer service was EVERYTHING! The entire staff in the hotel went above and beyond to ensure that your needs are met and that you are happy. They were all so pleasant and upbeat and happy to see you upon your return to the hotel. I usually stay at the Four Seasons where ever I go. There was a graduation at Penn State so the Four Seasons recommended this hotel. They did not steer me wrong. I never thought that I would say this, but the Rittenhouse is very comparable to the Four Seasons. Thanks guys

I always have a wonderful experience at this hotel. Located in a great location, it is small and intimate with lovely rooms and amenities. The service is very attentive and responsive, but not at all snooty.
