Was in the room for 25 minutes, never unpacked and only showered. After heading to the airport I realized I left my wedding ring on the bathroom counter. Of course when I called the hotel they said I would have to call back Monday to speak with the housekeeping manager and when I called Monday, I left multiple messages and no return phone call. My wife called Tuesday multiple times and of course the ring was never "found". I'm sure whoever cleaned the room that day is enjoying the brand new wedding band.
My check-in to this hotel (at 1:00 in the morning) was less than ideal....but T, who works as a Goodwill Concierge, saved this stay for me. He kindly drove me to get my rental car - at a place I NEVER would have found, alone; provided awesome company; and waited while I got the car so I could follow him back. His smile is infectious, as is his outstanding attitude; he represents the very best of the Bonvoy brand, and this hotel should do everything they can to keep this (true) gentlemen at the front face of their team. Thank you, T, for sharing such a pretty morning and helping me out!
I have stayed here a few times and each time it has been stellar. I like to take the shuttle to the airport and then take the train downtown and each time T makes sure I get there on time! Not only that, but he is always quick to come pick you up when you’re leaving the airport as well! T also gives great recommendations and directions as to where to go. Amazing and very friendly guy! :)
Don't book with these characters. We got our bill and there are additional charges and when we try to reach someone to resolve, their mailboxes are full and no one answers. Most terrible customer service I've ever been associated with.
