Do NOT park and fly. We stayed here the night before our early flight and paid $20/day to park in their lot. When we got home 10 days later someone had cut the catalytic converter off our vehicle. The hotel wouldn’t take any responsibility or even fill out an incident report. We parked right at the front of the lot under a street light and in view of the front entry. Thankfully our insurance handled it. When I asked them to fill out an incident report they said there’s no reason to do so as they won’t do anything with it. The start of our trip wasn’t much better as the room was dirty. There were yellow stains on the blanket. Dust everywhere. We even paid more for a sanitized room. Never again.
We were in town for a business meeting and were unable to use the hotel restaurant Friday or Saturday evening due to what the Hotel called a "computer problem". We just ate snack Friday evening and had to find another restaurant close to the Hotel Saturday evening.
This was the most disgusting hotel I have veer stayed in. The rooms were filthy. The staff was not friendly at all. The pool was closed because it was so dirty as well. Copes were all over the place. Not to mention the inappropriate taping of our young girls by en employee (who was approached by myself for taping them) then ran away. We then had to find him in the kitchen to get him to delete the video. The rooms were gross. old. mildew. We were absolutely horrified but what went on while we were there. Cops galore!!! We tried to find another hotel to stay in but we were a big group with 11 rooms and far from home so that wasnt an option. Do not stay here! Its gross and NOT SAFE!
The shuttle driver drove around & left us twice. Drove erratically back from airport. Felt unsafe in transfer. Hotel was dirty with blocked sinks, hair & bugs. Bad decision on our part. Don’t make the same.
The room was not clean and had someone’s old used mask on the floor. There were hand prints smeared on the bedroom mirror am hair in the bathroom on the floor and toilet, cleaning spray left on the chewed up dirty accent chair and it looked as though someone kicked the bathroom door in.
