The building provides a safe environment , staff is very courteous, and appliances are all modern. The apartment units do look worn and can use a touch up. A few structural challenges with plumbing and lightening. However, staff will immediately respond to any concerns.

Couldn't get better. The few things that we needed to ask or to get help with were solved immediately (like a toilet that was running and a coffee grinder that was jammed). We had to think hard to come up with something that could be improved. That would in that case be better information already before arrival on short term parking nearby.

The space is comfortable and large. Room service and front service is great. Kitchen is great, but missing some spoons. Heating is not very well, just can use. Small bathroom is flooding after shower. Anyway, it’s still great when you stay.

I only wish I could've stayed here longer. Beautiful apartment and very cozy living situation. I was here with my brother to run the Philly half marathon. This location was extremely close to the start and finish lines, super conveinent.

This large super clean, attractive high end decorated apartment hotel is everything you dreamed of in a home away from home. Mid century Scandinavian decor with a full gorgeous European kitchen, real house plants, and comfortable lighting soothe long days at work or sore feet from touring the city. Midtown is walking distance to the French quarter, Independence Hall, City Hall etc. Groceries too! Worth every penny of the more than reasonable cost.
