The room was only serviced once in my three-night stay. The linens changed only after my insistence at 7:30 pm of my last night. The modest activity was not finished until 9:00 pm. I sat for an hour and a half. Earlier in the morning I learned the room phone did not work. It was repaired while I waited for housekeeping to do its work. The supplies, amenities included one hotel room sized piece of soap for the basin and shower. There must be other hotels in the Philadelphia area for my next trip.
Went for an event for one night. Rooms were really clean and cozy and the staff was very friendly. They even allowed us to check out at 12 instead of 11 with no charge. The parking was a little confusing so definitely invest in valet.
For the price you would think things might work. The room frig didn't work. The ice machine on the floor didn't work, When i called from my Superior room (furthest from the elevators) I was told O just go to another floor, they may have ice...$577 for 2 nights and I have to search for ice? They did bring me ice after about an hour after I had gone to bed
Had a medical procedure done at Temple hospital and wanted a comfortable stay To prepare for the procedure the following day I’ll look forward to feeling safe knowing that I was in close proximity of the hospital allowing me to get there in a timely fashion.
Great Service all the way around. Parking staff was also amazing. Breakfast was great and overall it was a lovely hotel. The staff was tentative, friendly and very helpful. Main thing the hotel was very clean.
