The casino/hotel was amazing for it be weekday there were a lot people onsite! The concierge check was fast and efficient. You have options to check in/out through cellphone. Only con was there was no pool. The room was spacious. The price was pretty decent! I’m sure I could have gotten a little cheaper rate. But still decent rates for mid week. You are located are street from stadium and Philadelphia port. I would visit again. Just make sure when entering lot make sure tell attendant you guest of hotel so you don’t have pay $30 to park in garage.
Went for a quick weekend trip with my husband. The rooms are nice. The restaurants we tried within the casino were good. I would go back. When we arrived the front desk staff checked us in quickly. The casino floor has a wide variety of slots and table games.
Checking in and Checking out was easy and Breezy our host that checked us in her name is Tracy she was very polite and understanding of our questions given us answers to what we wanted to know about the hotel only thing that I wish they would have is a swimming pool or a Jacuzzi but everything else was beautiful this is our second time visiting Live Casino we visit in June and July me and my sister , this is our home away from home 🥰❤😍
We enjoyed our time while at the live Casino.. We have become accustomed to the quality service provided by the hotel staff.. We were greatly appreciative of the welcoming greeting provided by the front desk staff as they were supportive of our room accommodation requests. The room was clean, attractive, and met the expectations of this class of accommodation... Additionally, the housekeeping staff were friendly in their greetings and cleaned our room in a timely manner as requested.... We will surely return in the near future as the hotel and its staff is second to none.. JOB WELL DONE Live Casino - Philadelphia!!!.. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORKS!!!
Friendly, warm and welcoming employees. Nice atmosphere, smells and lighting, as well as artwork and wide range of slots and gaming genres. Delightful room, smells of fresh linen and paint. Awesome, comfortable beds, maintenance-free equipment everywhere and clean, easy to use. My companion and I give this stay a definite 5 stars!!!!!
Staff very friendly. Room clean, comfortable and efficient. Casino fun, smoke free, and not overcrowded. Loved that they had security checks at the entrance. Bar/restaurant with good food, drink and staff. Visited for Phillies game. Wonderful not to have to deal with crowded Citizen bank park traffic at the end of the game, or parking fee. We loved our night in Philadelphia
Great experience! Seeing Ballparks and the Phillies were on the list so flew in to catch a game and see some sights. The hotel was clean, safe, friendly and easy walking distance to the stadium. We go to Vegas often so the casino was a nice bonus to the trip. The Uber pickup was also very easy when we went to the sights. The rooms were good size, comfortable with good views, modern and very clean. Loved the floors and my husband loved the expresso machine. Dymitri at the front desk was so nice with recommendations and one of the nicest we’ve met in our travels at check-in. He’s a keeper! If we were to return, we’d stay here and I’d recommend it to anyone. Tip: the sports complex is great and the bar in the middle (X-finity live) is a good place for a drink and the crab fries…
We stayed at the Live Casino & Hotel for a Phillies game. The location for a game is unparalleled. It's just a hop, skip, and a jump to Citizen's Bank Park and if you're lucky you can get a view of the stadium from the hotel. When we arrived we were checked in quickly and had a nice talk with the front-desk clerk, he even showed us to the elevator. We had booked a package to get $50 in food and $50 in casino money. After the game we had gone to the casino to spend the $50 but the card we were given didn't work. When we asked an employee she didn't know what we were talking about and informed us to speak to the hotel so we ended up talking to someone at the front desk who got it straightened out. I wasn't sure exactly how to order room service, which was a drawback since I was hungry after I came home from the game. There was no phone number and the tablet that was in the room was not charged so I ended up just eating snacks I had brought. It would've been nice to have been able to eat some real food but it wasn't a huge problem. The room was wonderful and despite being close to the airport, it was extremely quiet. It was very clean and nice and I felt very relaxed while in the room. There's breakfast in one of the bars in the mornings, which is a little pricey but we did have the $50 so that package was worth it. The person who served the breakfast was so nice and accommodating. Overall, I had a great time at this hotel and would definitely return. It was a great stay and perfect for seeing a game!…
Had friends in from Texas to see Kenny Chesney. From the moment we stepped on property Friday at 4:00 till we left on Sunday at 1:00 every thins was great. From the dining "Experience" at The Prime Rib, pre game at Sports and Social to late night pizza at Lorenzo's. Food and service was top notch. Dealers in the pits were great. Slots won the battle this time but were still fun. Rooms are always nice and clean. Special thank you to Robin and Marixsa. Live has some of the best hosts in the industry.
Hotel was clean, staff were friendly. Lots of amenities, etc. Though only 1 sit-down restaurant (excellent, but expensive). And rooms for most people the day I checked in were ready 2-4 hours after they were supposed to be. That wouldn't have been a big deal if they offered something for the delay (gamble credit, food credit, a drink, anything) but nothing was offered for making people late for a conference. Also wasn't notified that rooms wouldn't be serviced during the stay. But the room was excellent (and best shower I've ever used!)
