We drove to this place for my daughter to have a 4 hour surgery. This place is awful. It smelled of marijuana and it didn’t stop for the 3 hours we endured it. I asked for my reservation to be canceled and they said I had to pay for one night. It was dirty, no ice, pubic hair in the bathroom and old. They refused to give me my money. The area is too dangerous to leave this crappy place. My eyes were red and we all got headaches from the constant drug use. The only good part was Asia Hartman who tried her best to help us. She is literally the only good part of this place. Don’t stay there.

Our family stayed here for one night during the Philadelphia marathon weekend. It was an excellent location to be able to walk to the event. Rooms were very nice. Service was excellent. The only thing is the parking situation. The lot is 2 blocks away. But not sure that there are many options in a location such as this.

I stayed here just for a quick get-a-way, a break on the weekend for myself. I had such a wonderful stay here that I didn’t want to leave. Three nights was way too short for me ! The staff was extremely lovely. Everyone there from, David to Ms. Felicia, was helpful and made me feel very comfortable. My room was very clean with no signs of uncleanliness, or uninhabitability. I would definitely stay here again. It was totally the perfect escape from home, so peaceful and quiet If there is an issue with the room, they will promptly help you, as well as make sure that you feel safe while you are there. This hotel is located in Chinatown, which isn’t directly in the mix of everything the city has to offer, meaning you will have more quiet. There are also different views here corresponding with the rooms, so just ask if you would like a different room with a certain view. Due to COViD, they currently aren’t doing towel/sheet service unless you specifically indicate that you would like that, or if you happen to catch the towel/sheet service person while they are on your floor. I truly enjoyed myself here and would definitely stay again.

Sandi at the front desk provided the level of service you’d expect from a way pricier hotel. Her upbeat attitude, knowledge of the area, and attention to detail made me excited about my stay before I even finished checking in.

The hotel looks newly updated and remodeled. Everything was very clean. The room was very comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Went above and beyond to assist us with all our questions. You have to park at an off site lot about a block away. Just clarify with the hotel first exactly which entrance to use to go into the lot. The one entrance was closed and we did not realize there was a different entrance to use until we called the hotel while waiting by the entrance that was closed.
