Overall, a great experience. Matt, the bell hop/valet was exceptional. He drove us every night to dinner via the free shuttle. The bell desk was very friendly. Housekeeping didn't leave waters. Concierge was not helpful. Referred us to Google for answers. Rooms were older but functional except for tiny balcony and tiny bathroom. Bed not that comfortable. Pool small with few lounge chairs and lots of kids Fine if you have a family. Best to use this hotel as a base, not as a resort.

Dear Honest Traveler, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! While I'm glad to hear Matt provided exceptional service I apologize that you did not feel you received the same service from all of our associates. We will definitely address your concerns with our staff as we strive for everyone to offer exceptional service. We are very excited to be starting a guestroom renovation next month so we will have new rooms for our guests to experience. We hope you come back and see us again; I would love to hear what you think of our new rooms. Warm regards, Leisha

We were waylaid in Mammoth due to travel issues and were able to book a room on short notice and with flexibility. The staff were great and accommodating and the manager Blake was very amenable to our needs.

Our check-in experience with Barbara Martinez was the best we’ve ever experienced at any hotel. She quickly acquired our reservation, and made us feel super at home. And that was before the Champaign pour. Our room is perfect, and the hospitality exceptional.

Every year on June 27th, my wife and I visit Mammoth Lake for our companion’s death since 2018. Each time we stay at Westin Monache because they are pet friendly place. Specially this year, one of the staff who’s name was Duncan. Normally when I check in with my companion, I feel uncomfortable that like feel guilty but this year with Duncan! I don’t know if he knew what I felt he gave me feel free and I felt I was the real guest. Anyway I hope to see the staff like him in Westin Monache on June 27, 2022. Thanks a lot to him and others P,S : My companions are registered service dog

From our check in to our check out this hotel exceeded our expectations!! Our welcome from Brennon, to the restaurant staff, housekeeping to maintenance, all were very efficient. We had a two bedroom for 3 of us and the size was perfect. Enjoyed the outside deck even as the rain poured. This was our second stay at this Westin and we will be back!!
