I would say if you're not looking to spend much time in your room, this is the place for you. The rooms are bland and sofas, beds, not that comfortable. The little fireplace with easy log is nice but still. Having a kitchen is helpful...More

It depends on when you are going? You can enter to Yosemite National Park at several entrances, but the Tioga Rd. (from the east) is only open a few months each year. If you can go this way, I think 45 minutes is right... More
It depends on when you are going? You can enter to Yosemite National Park at several entrances, but the Tioga Rd. (from the east) is only open a few months each year. If you can go this way, I think 45 minutes is right. Otherwise you have to go a much longer road, which I assume is the one you see at Google Maps. Try to find the Tioga Rd and see. It opened about July 1st this year.

I don't think it goes directly. You do need to take two different ones to go all the way to the gondola. However, if you have your bike, it will only be a short bike ride away to the main shuttle that takes you all the way... More
