From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and valued. The service is consistently impeccable, and every detail is attended to with great care. The rooms are luxurious, spacious, and exceptionally clean, with breathtaking views that truly enhance the NYC experience.
The hotel’s location is unbeatable, with Central Park just steps away and easy access to many of the city’s highlights. The in-room dining was outstanding, and the attention to detail throughout my stay was simply flawless.
Whether it’s the warm hospitality, the elegant ambiance, or the seamless experience from check-in to check-out, this hotel truly knows how to create a memorable stay. I highly recommend it and look forward to my next visit!

I have been to the Trump International before and will continue to do so because they are consistent and work hard to make your experience the very best. I have and will always continue to highly recommended this hotel to anyone seeking to be treated like royalty.

Really enjoyed the elite array of museums and art galleries, as well as enrichment of high-class brands and refined options of bar and dining in the area.
Wonderfully, the Columbus Circle subway station is at the doorstep!
This essentially means that one can get immediate access to anywhere in NYC, literally anywhere! No matter the cinemas district and Broadway theaters nearby, the cruise tour piers midtown, the financial hub downtown Manhattan, Brooklyn in the south, or Bronx up to the north... There are always the fastest routes available for immediate access.
In my honest opinion, these advantages are unparalleled. For a true tourist who wanna immersively navigate the metropolitan city, no better location would serve as the starting point of itinerary than this one.
In addition, the upscale room with excellent cleanliness are enjoyable. Of note, the bedding is the most comfortable I have ever felt among all the hotels.
And the great room service and complimentary wifi, chocolate, and purified water satisfied my experience even more.
In short, this is a brilliantly featured, high-end hotel suitable for both business and recreation purposes that makes me really feel at home. Highly recommend!
I have booked though AMEX FHR for almost 9 years. There are some hotels that are quite generous with the amount they allocate toward the FREE breakfast perk and there are others that are outright stingy.
Unfortunately the Trump International in NYC falls into that category. ($60)
This is Manhattan and obviously things are more pricey here than in small-town USA. Nougatine by Jean Georges is the breakfast restaurant and the $60 barely gets you a bowl of cereal, a bagel and a coffee or tea.
Great way to nickel and dime your guest when you're already paying a minimum of $700 per night. I'm not understanding the wisdom of not allocating another $15 or $20 toward the AMEX Breakfast perk at the expense of alienating the guest or not having him return.
That being said, the location of the hotel is great. Subway downstairs, Central Park across the street and Time Warner Center directly behind the hotel.
The hotel also surprisingly has a nice indoor pool and a decent sized fitness center.
Bed was comfortable and room was spotlessly clean although the air freshener was a little overwhelming.
The most notable aspects are the high quality of the rooms and the friendliness and service level of the staff. On this particular trip, the staff learned that we were celebrating my daughter's birthday, and they sent up a personalized birthday cake to the room which was a very nice gesture and much appreciated.
On the first night, we had arrived late and ordered room service. It was exceptional as the staff prepared the table in our room with a tablecloth and full silverware; the level of attention to detail was beyond my expectations and something I haven't experienced in other hotels.
The housekeepers also do an exceptional job as they not only refresh the typical aspects of housekeeping, but will also organize your stuff (lining up shoes, picking up the kids' stuff, folding your laundry, etc.) making the room feel more inviting when you return. The turn-down service was also very good as we had a sleeper sofa for our daughter, and the staff took care of the opening/closing up the bed each day we were visiting.
We didn't use all of the services of this hotel, but it is in a great location and you can count on nothing but the best level of service.
We arrived on an early AM flight and they had our one room suite on the fifteenth floor ready and waiting for us by 1115 AM. No extra charge for the early check in and the upgrade to a high floor was appreciated.
Bell staff is attentive, friendly and helpful. James and Jesus are on the spot and willing to help you in any way they can.
Our suite had a full kitchen complete with stove and dishwasher. We didn't use it of course. Who in their right mind wants to cook when you have world class restaurants in the building and within walking distance of the hotel. City view was awesome from both rooms of the suite.
Housekeeping was impeccable. Suite was spotless and turn down service, complete with couch pull out and made up, was timely and appreciative. Rooms are well appointed and dead quiet at night which is a hard find in NYC for sure!
Average cost per night with tax was around 900.00 so it wasn't egregiously priced by any stretch.
A beautiful property, in a great location, with a friendly helpful staff! Book with confidence.
First the good points. The hotel might be the premier location in Manhatten to view the parade. The area in front of the hotel is gated for guests only, no riff raff, homeless etc. My wife and I were able to secure a front row position. The parade is much more than the bland sanitized version you see on TV. We live only 23 miles away yet it was our first time. Nobody we know has ever been so we spent a lot of time texting photos etc.
Second good point is the herioic and over the top efforts by Jessica at the front desk to get us situated in a ready room and our baggage collected. If there is a Person of the Month Award - it should go to Jessica.
The room 1222 - not so much. There was no second bathroom in our "Executive Suite" as shown on several YouTube videos. The one was very small and frankly would not be acceptable in a low quality motel. Even the towels smelled as if not properly rinsed by their linen supplier. The Full Kitchen was suitable for a "Barbie" set. It was very small, again not as shown in videos at all.
The rest of the staff was professional and well trained. We ordered room service Breakfast and the young lady was very courteous and efficient.
We have stayed at Trump in Honolulu twice before and were generally more pleased with the experience.

We booked the central park view suite again and planned to use the sofa bed. However, it wasn't good. The front desk lady didn't offer to have the sofa mattress checked or changed. Instead, we got another room for about $1,000 more per night. The view was overlooking the circle, which is very noisy and the room is like a maze. My autistic daughter wasn't going to have a pleasant stay. We went back to the first room, and José the manager, even sent housekeeping to check the mattress as if to make sure we weren't lying. It wasn't good, so they sent a roller bed. The first night, my husband had to sleep on the floor. If we had known this about the old sofa mattress we would have booked a two room suite overlooking the park and definitely on the left side of hotel because some parts of the building can interfere with your view like the corner ones by the circle.
Only one time we ordered room service. I asked for scrambled eggs. When we received the food, the eggs were so yellow that my autistic child couldn't eat. I called the room service, and the lady explained this, "in the early morning, the kitchen cracks all the eggs and separates the yolk and whites. When someone asks for scrambled eggs, we use the yolk only..." Seriously? I even explained this to the front desk man because it was so confusing that a scrambled egg would only have yolk.
On another note, thank you to Jesus for making my children happy and for always being so positive. Also, Johnny, Sergio, Thales, and James were so wonderful.
The driver, Youseff, was the best! We felt safe and comfortable with his driving. He had such a wonderful light that even my daughter Paloma gave him an M&M Keychain for being the best driver. It is so hard to feel safe in the city, but this place can definitely make you feel safe. I hope next time we don't have all yolk scrambled eggs and that the mattress is not old. Also, the safe wasn't working, so it would be convenient to have that checked.
We loved the gifts the girls got when we first arrived.
Thank you to the Bellman, Doorman, and Driver for brightening our stay.
