Service and comfort was excellent. I would go back to stay there on my next visit as well. Comfortable beds and spacious room. There is enough room to work comfortably as well. Loved the experience. Shower was super cozy.
The Loewe's Regency was the perfect place to stay for a weekend in the city, which allowed us to walk every place we wanted to go - from the MET to Central Park, the Theatre district and everything in between. The beds are divine - so comfortable. The hotel is lovely - and quiet, so there was no noise within hotel or from the outside to disturb sleep. We loved it and hope to go back!
I love staying at the Lowe’s Regency. It is a great location but feels very residential. The staff makes you feel like you are family. Last time I was there was three years ago and when I pulled up the doorman remembered my name. Unbelievable!
The staff was welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is clean and centrally located. The doorman was very attentive and willing to help. We felt the hotel is a great value, we'll come back to this hotel.
Absolutely perfect stay! From the front desk staff to the service team and the doormen - everyone was tremendous. It was my daughter’s first trip to NYC and everyone took extra special care of her! The room was clean, well appointed and quiet. My little one especially enjoyed the TV in the bathroom mirror while taking a bath! Great stay in a fantastic location - would recommend and return!
In a city full of hotels…this has become my favorite. The location is perfect. The rooms are big and comfortable. Most importantly…the customer service was impeccable. Every person we encountered was friendly and extremely professional. The front desk was accommodating and offered an upgrade without me asking. The bellman offered to take our bags so we could have a cocktail at the bar. The waitstaff was friendly and helpful. They had a car service available to drive us to our dinner reservation. We will definitely be back!
We got a good deal on this place and enjoyed a family weekend with good food and comfort. Friendly staff, spacious room and a nice UES vibe all over. We booked through amex and scored an upgrade as well. Resto is somewhat pricey!
Lovely, very clean , high end hotel with great comfortable beds and thick towels. Decor is Modern Art Deco style. Staff are very professional. Food and Beverage at the restaurant is right on point. Staff was very accomdating to customized any food and rink orders.
Have stayed here a number of times. Staff is amazing throughout. Ela & Robert are genuinely concerned about your experience. Front desk is always accommodating and help with upgrades when they can. Guiseppe and Adriana, mixologists in the Regency Bar & Grill are wonderful. Wish I could remember more names as the list of staff members deserving kudos is extensive. You won't be disappointed.
I stayed at Loews Regency New York for four nights for a vacation. The experience was awful. I booked a Studio King Room, and they offered me a (low-cost) upgrade to a suite, so I was stoked. I will say the room was gigantic, but the overall experience was terrible. The single biggest issue was noise. While there was a warning in the room (not on the website or during booking!) about construction on the facade M-F 9-5, I was not prepared for 9 am construction on a landing literally directly outside my window every morning (except Saturday). I fired up my sound meter app and the sound levels in room were often sustained at 80-90 dB, getting into the range which can cause hearing loss. The first day it didn't start til 11, so we just headed out. The second day it started at 9 am and was even louder; I complained politely but repeatedly to the manager, she said she'd get them to stop, they didn't stop, I tried again, they eventually stopped for a couple hours and she assured me they'd start later tomorrow. The the third day they started even earlier and were even louder; the manager comped me one night of my stay, which I did appreciate, but I wouldn't have chosen to stay in this hotel under these circumstances even if the entire stay was free. This room simply shouldn't have been rented at all while this work was happening. I wish I could attach the video I took. Other problems included a laughably botched room service order and basically non-working TVs. Overall just terrible.…
