Letti abbastanza comodi.

Beds quite comfortable.
They gave us an upgrade to a larger room for 17 dollars a night and luckily we accepted because as we know the rooms in New York are often very small and despite this it was quite cramped in 4 of us.
No mini bar.

We stayed for 6 nights with 4 people and we had to ask for towels for 3 days because they kept providing less and less.
Pay attention to the bed, make sure that the duvet is covered on both sides with the sheet, we found little attention from those who cleaned the room on this matter.

If you love confusion, the location is excellent, otherwise it's better to choose another area because apart from the constant traffic, there are always so many people, you can almost barely walk on the sidewalks.
We didn't have breakfast in the hotel because it wasn't included and they didn't even offer it to us.
The staff at reception, luggage and outside the hotel were very kind

Giving three stars due to perfect location and larger room size (for NYC standards). Also friendly bellhop. But be warned on a few things -
Front desk staff is slow and check in took forever.
Room was so hot, was told AC is off in winter and we should open windows and they would bring us a fan. Couldn’t change rooms due to being sold out.
Room conditions aren’t great - light by the bed didn’t work and shower curtain rod was loose and hanging on by a thread. Had to call to get towels delivered.
And worst of all - they charge $35 facilities fee but you get nothing for that (two bottles of water I guess?). The website advertises a restaurant and a continental breakfast both of which were closed. Shouldn’t the fee be waived in this case?! Bait and switch.

Wanderluster413, thank you for sharing your thoughts about your stay. It's good to hear that the location and room size met your expectations, and that our bellhop made a nice impression. While it's regrettable that certain aspects may have been less than ideal, the team works diligently to address any inconveniences guests might face. Considering the feedback on room temperature and conditions, the team aims to provide comfort and efficiency in every stay. Regarding the facilities fee, the aim is always to provide value, though circumstances sometimes change offerings. Your input is valued and will be considered for future improvements.

My stay at this hotel was disappointing. While all of the staff were professional, friendly and helpful, the hotel itself is in serious need of updating. The HVAC system is horrible. We were there in January when outside temps were in the 20s-30s, but our room was much too warm (82 the first night we arrived). There was no option for cooling it - only more heat would blow through the vents. Even with turning the system off and opening the windows (which is what hotel staff told us to do), the temp would not go below 75 in the room.

Additionally, no updates have been made to accommodate the need to plug in device chargers and many of the outlets would not hold a standard plug. The plug would just fall out of the outlet. Carpet is in need of replacement and the towels were small and rough.

On the positive side, in addition to the friendly staff, the beds were comfortable and our room did have a large, flat screen HDTV with lots of channel options. The shower water pressure was strong and we had no issues getting adequate hot water.

I will not consider this hotel as an option for future travel to New York.

The rooms are abandoned and dirty. We have stayed 3 nights in a superior with 2 double beds and have not spent a single day vacuuming. The carpet is full of stains and there was dust everywhere. The bedside table drawers could not be closed, the windows let in the cold and much noise from the street.
In addition to the room rate you are charged another 34 dollars a day for "facilities"...wifi, gym and I don't know what else, whether you use it or not, whether you want it or not. There is no café or restaurant. Horrible queues for check out in the elevator. We were waiting half an hour so we could go down to reception
The location is perfect but it is not a 4 star by far.

We were nervous about staying here after reading some negative reviews. However, I'm so glad we kept our booking and stayed here for our trip to New York City!

Upon arrival, we had a very warm welcome - despite their computer systems being down, they remained professional and friendly throughout whilst carrying out check ins via paper. We managed to check in quickly and handed our cards to our King Room on the 30th floor - we felt there were no delays or negative impact during this time. So well done to the hotel team for this!

When entering our room, yes I can agree the furniture was slightly dated but absolutely served it's purpose and we found the room to be warm and welcoming. The king bed was so comfortable and pillows were fluffy, my partner has some mobility issues and found the bed to be very comfortable. We had no trouble sleeping with the windows open and found it pretty sound proof even being situated above times square!

The bathroom was clean, large and shower pressure was great. Plus towels and other amenities were included.

The view is one of a kind. Overlooking Times Square, really added to our trip.

The location couldn't be more central if it tried, right in the heart of Time Square. Everything you need or want is on the doorstep here.

I would like to make a note that was NOT the fault of the hotel but feel this should be highlighted due to their professionalism! Unfortunately during our stay there was some kind of leak from the 35th floor due to weather and it had made its way to our floor, we woke up on our second to last morning with part of our carpet soaked through and bathroom floor, as well as some clothes. After raising this issue with reception, we were immediately seen to, our clothes that were effected were taken off for cleaning and drying and returned same day. We were also provided a new room instantly and all of our luggage, bags and coats were moved swiftly to the new room with key cards ready. This was absolutely seamlessly and took away lots of stress that we could have potentially faced. We were given a room on the 49th floor for our final night and it was superb!

Really LOVED staying here, cant fault the hotel team at all. All issues were resolved immediately and they were so attentive and polite throughout.

We will be back and we 100% recommend this to others.

The view of Times Square was great, but the busted curtains would not close and dim the lights for sleep. There is a beer garden in Times Square that goes until 1am and so if falling asleep to the boom, boom, boom vibrating soothes your soul then this is the place for you. The shower had great pressure, until it didn't just in time for rinsing out the hair conditioner. And, don't try to adjust the shower head unless you are 6 feet tall and have a good relationship with a chiropractor. Ouch! I am waiting for the ibuprofen to kick in. I am not joking. I got injured by this room. We did shop buy by price, but even so, shouldn't the crumbs be vacuumed from the corner next to the chair? The pink scum wiped from the faucets? I know I am being picky, but I really wish the lamp had a button to turn it on/off. It's completely busted and I didn't bring pliers to turn the stubby metal piece sticking out where the button goes so that I can turn it on. How about the hole in the floor where the closet door used to be? Please, plug up the hole to discourage Stuart Little from visiting. I stay in a lot of hotels. I've stayed at this hotel in the past. I have never had an experience quite like this. So, if you stay at this hotel I recommend that you bring ear plugs, a tool kit, some lysol wipes, and shower at home before you get here. I did mention my issues, but was advised that for the price I paid I should not expect much more.

Booked a room with two double beds, for 3 guests to share. Paid extra for city view.

In arrival, we found our room only had 1 double bed. We went to reception to query this and staff told us we had been upgraded to a suite and that the second bed, was the sofa bed!!

We were DOWNGRADED to a 2 person suite and they expected this to be used by 3 guests.

The mattress on the sofa bed was wafer thin and no bed linen provided. We explained to the staff we were not happy with their claims this was an upgraded and we simply wanted the room we booked.

They told us they were fully booked (so had given the room we booked and paid for to someone else).

One of our group was 5 months pregnant and we explained this to the staff and explained that was why we needed 2 beds. But they refused to help as they claimed to be fully booked and when they found out we booked through a third party and not directly, they would not help.

The female manager we spoke to was rude and condescended and said she would cancel our room and we could leave if we weren’t happy! Shocking service!!

Eventually she gave us a child’s travel “roller” bed which was a child’s single bed that had to be rolled in to the room. We agreed we would keep this room for the first night and the manager assured us we would be moved to the room we originally booked the next day and she also confirmed we would receive a $100 refund for the inconvenience.

We went to reception the next morning to check how we get moved to the new room and guess what!? There was no record of this as not notes were on the system and surprise, surprise they said they could not accommodate this.

As for the city view we paid extra for - we got new view of Times Square or the Empire State Building as pictures/advertised. We got the side of a high rise building and nothing else!! It was a joke.

The room we were given was also disgusting - stains on the floor and matrresses. Burns in the curtains. A wall mounted light was broken off the wall and missing and there was no bath plug, so you could not have a bath.

Several customers checking in that day had similar complaints - rooms had not been cleaned after previous guests or they weren’t given the room that they had paid for.

The hotel had clearly overbooked.

The only positive I have was the cleaners were friendly and the concierge staff was polite and helpful.

Over 2 weeks after checking out, they have still not released the $400 security deposit that their website claims is released in 2-3 days. We also have not received the additional $100 refund. I have chased the hotel on numerous occasions but they ignore my emails.

I would not recommend these to anyone and if you book, book via the hotel directly otherwise they refuse to help!!

The only thing great about the hotel is its location to broadway shows and time square. Lodging and accommodations leave a lot to be desired. Our flight in kept getting pushed back and each time we would call the hotel they told us we had to make it there by 2:30am or we would lose our room (which was pre-paid through our RCI membership). We made it with 15 minutes to spare and were excited about the king over time square room. When we arrived the window was open, no AC on and the room was missing items which are standard in hotels (no frig and no coffee maker and only 1 towel). Room was not cleaned well and found shopping tags on the floor, empty wine bottles under the chairs, and a general dirtiness to the room. Window would not seal properly thus making road noise very noticeable. Upon asking about the missing items were told they had to be requested - which we did and towels were provided along with a coffee maker. We called house keeping to get added to the list for a frig and never heard anything else and never received one. 5 days with no frig is not convenient and not quite sure why we were charged a $30 daily fee when standard items were not provided. This is a one and done for us and would not recommend. Had friends flying in as well and encouraged them to find different accommodations. RCI should remove them from their exchange program as I'm sure they would be embarrassed about the accommodations.

We had booked via a travel agent The Row but it had been changed to the Millennium last minute.
Upon arrival to the hotel, there was no hotel lobby, it just felt like a cut through via 2 streets.
After realising where the reception was it was in dire need of a refurbishment, with broken tiles behind the desk and Christmas decoration still up in March.

We arrived at the hotel between 7 - 8pm, the 2 rooms we had booked and requested being adjoined weren’t available. We were told it would be a few hours until this is ready, not ideal after 14 hours of travel. We accepted not to have adjoining rooms, but at least have it on the same floors. The process of checking in took 30 minutes.

When we were going to the room, the outdated décor flowed through this hotel. The hallways were stained and scratches down the walls and all over the doors. It did not look appealing or safe.

Upon entering the room, I was met by a 28 degree blast of heat coming out the air conditioning, which Is awful. I would later find out that the aircon would randomly turn on during the night and heat the room.

The 1970’s décor had unfortunately followed me into this room, with big clunky broken furniture with missing handles and scratches all over them. The only remaining piece of the wardrobe was a shelf and 4 different colours of white walls in its place.
The bed had no duvet, just an old, tired beige blanket.
The bathroom was mouldy on several tiles, with damage to the bathtub or shower basin – couldn’t tell which it was. The wall surrounding the mirror was baked in dust and was frankly horrid.
The rooms didn’t have any basic facilities or amenities, such as a coffee machine, kettle, fridge, pen paper, and information about the hotel etc.

When I departed the hotel, a charge of $120 dollars had been placed on my card. After contacting the hotel the informed me it was a facilities fee. I expressed my dissatisfaction at not being informed of this at either arrival or departure.
I would like to know what the facilities fee include, because there is no bar, no restaurant, no gym no room service.

To sum up this hotel shouldn’t be a 4 star, it is in need of a serious refurbishment and modernization with the basic facilities reopening. I would not stay here again. The only positive is the location, which can be a little noisy when the aircon starts and the window needs opening.

We appreciate the feedback. Were disappointed your time with us was less than ideal. Its unfortunate you didnt notice all fees associated with your booking. Our facilities fee allows us to offer additional amenities for all of our guests. The information regarding our facilities fee is readily available on our website. Were also very upset to hear about the cleanliness that you experienced during your stay. We will certainly bring that to the attention of our team as we better ourselves for the future. We do hope you give us another opportunity to share a more positive experience with you soon; wed love one more chance to show you how great we are.

My go to breakfast stop is the Galaxy Diner on 9th ave & 46th st. As far as attractions you’re right in the heart of Broadway with plenty of sights to see walking around: Central Park, Empire State Building, Rockefeller center - all pleasant walls from that hotel.
