Dear Valued Guest,
We thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention.
Kindly accept our sincerest apologies for this experience. I have further investigated this matter and noticed that our personnel did not thoroughly check the room during a room switch. This is completely...More
My room, and I imagine most or all of the rooms, have window air conditioners. Mine was very loud. When I first arrived it was a very warm day and the cool felt good. By evening the temperature outside had dropped significantly but the room...More

This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the
affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.

They were very accommodating. There was only two people at the desk so if a large group comes in before you, you might have a bit of a wait. But they let us check in, they took our bags and told us approximately what time our room would be ready. When we returned—I think about two hours later, it was ready and we took our bags upstairs. After we unpacked a group of ten had arrived and we were very thankful we got checked in before them!
