Great hotel in a wonderful location! The staff was very friendly, the breakfast staff was amazing keeping all the food going and the food was very good! Easy walk to the heart of Times Square. Great food options nearby and close to many theaters. Not scary walking around this area. Felt very safe. Beds and pillows were so comfortable and rooms were decent size and looked very updated! Will definitely return the next time we are in NYC!
Rooms were clean and decently sized. Breakfast was fine, nothing special, but more than sufficient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was great, very convenient to Times Square. One warning to families - We were extremely disappointed as Time Square now reeks of pot! People are smoking joints on the street, even lighting up in front of the police whose response is that there is nothing they can do. Both of our kids were extremely upset. My daughter was even offered coke on the street!! Not sure if will take another family vacation to NYC until this changes - big disappointment.
When we arrived at the Hotel we were advised that are Agent had not paid for our room. We did no what to do. We tried to contact them with no luck. Jennifer was on duty at the time. She was extremly helpful in sorting things. I just want to say a big thankyou to her for everything. The rest of our stay was excellent. Staff are so friendly at both reception and breakfast room nothing is to much trouble. Location is good just a short walk to Times Square and plenty of eating places. Coffee available 24/7 which was a bonus when out all day. Breakfast was very good. Lovely choice and making waffles was a surprise. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
Brianna at the front desk was amazing. Very friendly, informative and helpful. Our flight got cancelled and she helped me rebook at the last minute. Couldn’t be more thankful for her, working with me and getting rebooked, especially being so busy, thank you.
I have stayed at 5 star luxury hotels and this was so much better! The minute I walked in I was greeted by Joseph and Kareem. They made me feel like family. Quenasha who looked like she was modeling at fashion week was phenomenal she's at the front desk and super warm and caring. Everyone's energy was amazing. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Complimentary coffee in the lobby which I enjoyed. Fatima at breakfast makes you feel welcomed. Her energy and charisma is what I needed this morning. I highly recommend this hotel it's on a side street but in the middle of Times Square. Walking distance to Chipotle McDonald's Old Navy and so much more.
I recently visited Manhattan on a professional business trip and stay at this hotel. I didn't have the best welcome because they had difficulty locating my roommate in their system. I later found out that her name was transposed and they didn't even bother using critical thinking skills to solve that issue. The saving grace for this place was their employee in the breakfast area- her name is FATIMA. And oh wow, her energy each morning that I was there was on fire. She really made my stay turn from sour to sweet. She was extremely pleasant and welcoming to not just me but to every person that came to eat breakfast. She had a name for the breakfast serving of the day and she remembered my colleagues preference for gluten free items. You could tell that she was very genuine with her personality. Everyone she came across received the same energy. I'm not sure why this woman, FATIMA, isn't on a billboard somewhere really showcasing hospitality. I honestly can't say enough about her. She really made me want to have a Tik Tok so that I could show people what I mean. The woman needs a raise, a promotion, something because she's definitely a Hampton Inn best kept secret talent. …
Great location near Time square, great access to restaurants and public transportation, spectacular roof top, good daily breakfast, very clean hotel, modern facilities, elevators and great friendly staff.
My favorite hotel in Manhattan. The staff is wonderful, the rooms spacious, and the amenities were exactly what I wanted. The team could not have been more generous, friendly, or accommodating. Thank you!
Great hotel. Staff are great. Ricardo always has a smile and remembers return clients! The rooms are nice. It's a bit of a pain in the butt to get through times square, but that's okay because it's easy to get to midtown clients.
Amazingly clean and friendly hotel. Room was very comfortable. We even had a terrific view! Breakfast was great incredible (shout out to Fatima). Front desk staff very helpful and pleasant. Will definitely be back!
