Spent 3 nights in a city-view king suite and can't say enough GREAT things about this hotel. I was treated with impeccable service and felt secure as a solo visitor to the area. Evening turn down service was an elegant touch with chocolates and bottles of water provided bedside. The suites were spacious, clean and roomy.
Onsite restaurant, Dabble provided a delicious breakfast buffet on the weekends with spot on service from the wait staff.
It's definitely a 5-star property and will not hesitate to return next time I visit NYC.

We chose Conrad Midtown for our ‘mini moon’. It is in a great location with all the sites (Empire State, Broadway, Central Park, Rockerfella, MOMA, Radio City Hall, Times Sq) in walking distance. The 57th subway is just a street away if you want to travel further afield.
Firstly - we had no problem with the lifts!!! There are three elevators serving up to floor 25 and we never waited more than a minute, which is average for such a large hotel. I can’t comment on the elevator service to the higher floors.
The foyer at the hotel is small but pleasant. Check in was speedy. Our suite was fabulous. Huge bed. Two TVs. Walk in shower with both rainfall and detachable hose. Water pressure excellent. Well equipped mini bar. Very quiet (we were end of corridor on floor 23) - little noise from adjoining rooms (even though occupied). Some street noise is to be expected but even so it was not overly noticeable. Plenty of accessible plug sockets with usb charging points next to the bed.
We encountered a problem with one of the windows in the lounge. It had a significant gap allowing cold air to whistle into the room, making the suite incredibly cold. We reported it to the main desk around 10am but by 4pm no one had attended. We reported it again and a maintenance guy was onsite within ten minutes, screwing the window into the frame. It wasn’t a perfect fix but it was good enough. He was polite and efficient. House keeping was very good although we only received turn down service on one of three nights. Staff in general were polite and professional but not overly friendly.
Aside from this, if I was picky I would say the heating is noisy and the usb chargers made a ‘whining’ noise when not in use. But both are minor gripes. The suite is pleasantly furnished, and very clean. We would stay here again.
On check out our bill was accurate.
We did not use the gym or dining facilities so cannot comment.

The room was quiet and spacious and great bed and bathroom. Enjoyed the bar and as Diamond member enjoyed the 60 dollar credit towards breakfast. The housekeeping did a great job every morning and always asked what time we wanted the room made up which we very much appreciated. Location is close to everything and every staff member we interacted with went out of their way to provide friendly efficient answers or service. Nice to have two rooms so I could work in the front room and not disturb the bedroom. Can't wait to return.

HOTEL - NEW YORK ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We visited New York in December and decided to stay in The Conrad. The hotel is in a great located positioned at the north end of Times Square. The door staff were great and very helpful, checking in was simple, we booked a suite which was worth it as most New York standard rooms tend to be smaller. We had drinks and food in the restaurant, the restaurant was very modern with European food. We also had use of the chauffeur driven hotel car, this came in very handy. An excellent hotel, big celebrity hangout, completely faultless!

The Conrad New York is a lovely new property. Our double-queen suit was new, spacious and well-appointed. We were on the 5th floor but heard no street noise. The only complaint we had was a lack of outlets near the beds.
In NYC, living space is at a premium, and the size of the suite more than compensated for the absence of an expansive lobby.
There is only one restaurant/bar on premises, but the food is excellent (if pricey). However, being in midtown, there are about 50 other drinking/dining choices within a two-block radius.
This was a great location for those whose primary purpose was to attend Broadway theater, and I will look forward to returning soon.

I stayed at this hotel with my wand our five year old daughter for our 10 year wedding anniversary trip. The location of this hotel is the best of any hotel I’ve stayed at in New York. It’s an easy walk broadway/time square, Rockefeller center, Central Park, etc. and also very close to the subway which of course gives you access to anywhere else in the city you’d want to go.

I originally booked this hotel through the Hilton app, but then I found a rate on Priceline that was about $700 cheaper for the total amount of our stay. I attempted to get Hilton to do a price match, but they refused because the Priceline deal was prepaid. So I canceled my Hilton book and rebooked on Priceline. I was still able to access the booking from Priceline on the Hilton app though, so that was great.

I inquired about the hotel doing something special for our anniversary and they were very accommodating. My wife, daughter and I are vegan, so I let them know that as well and they gave us a nice fruit bowl and a sweet card. Champagne would have been more memorable, but bagels can’t be choosers I guess.

I also inquired about a park view room and they offered me one for an additional $70/night. It sounded great, but when we actually got to the room it was more like the southern corners of the park and a large building blocking most of the view. Really not worth $70/night, though from what I’ve read the rooms ending in 01 have a better view. We were in 4411.

The staff at the hotel was very friendly for the most part. I’m not sure what the New York mask rules are right now, but the hotel seemed to be making their own rules, with a sign in the lobby that said if you were vaccinated you didn’t have to wear a mask. A lot of the staff weren’t masked, including the bellman that rode up on the elevator with us.

The cleaning of the hotel seemed hit or miss. They provide you a nice ppe starter pack including hand sanitizer, wipes, masks and gloves. I thought that was a nice touch, but the room wasn’t super clean. The bathroom seemed a bit worn out, it was nice but there was obviously some half-ass repairs done to the tile.

I probably won’t stay here again, but it wasn’t the worst experience.

I didn't expect too much for the hotel, since I saw some negative reviews about it, and chose it just because of its great location. However, in my case my parents and I had a really great experience here.

Valet parking is smooth and the front desk is very kind and helpful. I reserved a double queen before and she helped us change to a king bed room at high floor, and we immediately got our room, at 1pm.

The elevators, unlike mentioned in some reviews (maybe because of renovation?), are fast, and not crowded either in Saturday or Sunday during our stay. Room is spacious, modern, comfortable, and clean.

When we're back at night the rollaway bed is prepared, and the door in bedroom could totally split the bedroom from the living room, exactly what I need.

We needed to wait for breakfast in Dabble on Sunday, but just for around 5min so it's fine. The restaurant, compared to the hotel, is mediocre. We paid $140 in total for buffet for 3 and as diamond member got $60 credit. The buffet is just... simple. And it didn't surprise me in any aspect.

In general, I still want to give it 5 score and my parents also love it. It would be a great hotel for me to consider in my future stay in NYC.

We’ve just returned from a wonderful New Year’s Eve stay at the Conrad New York Midtown. The hotel couldn’t do enough for us including champagne on check in with it being NYE. We were pleasantly surprised to have been upgraded from a park view executive suite that we booked to a sky suite on the 53rd floor with fantastic city and Central Park views and huge in size for just the two of us! The Conrad is an ideal central location with a lot of places walkable including Times Square, Central Park, Rockefeller and 5th Avenue. House keeping great and offered turn down service. There is a cloakroom serve to keep your suitcases on check out also which is very handy if like us you have an evening flight and would like to make the most of your last day in the city. We didn’t order room service or eat in the restaurant dabble so can’t comment on this but it always looked busy. Thank you for a memorable stay.

We are big fans of the Conrad brand. Typically, we stay at the Conrad in lower Manhattan. Traveling with the kids, we decided to try the Midtown location. It just doesn’t meet the Conrad standards. LONG waits to get a hotel up to your rooms, overcrowded, and service just not up to par. We booked a room that included breakfast- but the restaurant is overcrowded, with a huge line crowding into the lobby. We noticed that most in the line were coming in from the outside, so explained to the front desk we had a room that included breakfast, asked if they had a separate line for hotel guests or another option for breakfast. The woman shrugged and said no, it’s crowded because a lot of people got rooms with breakfast. Why sell packages you can’t accommodate? Other than that, suite was spacious, but a bit worn. If you are looking for a luxury hotel, this just isn’t it.

The Conrad Midtown is a great upgrade from the former London NYC with refreshed interiors, spacious comfortable rooms, excellent services, and a convenient location in the heart of midtown.

This was my first stay at the rebranded and refreshed former London NYC. My standard suite was perfectly cleaned by the housekeeping staff, spacious, useful (with both couch and table seating areas), bright, and a welcome base for many days of winter excursions in NY.

The is decor modern without being cold and the numerous lighting options provided welcome choices depending on activities (bright for breakfast and work or more subdued for relaxation). The bathroom is spacious with a large vanity, excellent shower, and excellent bath products. Even the HVAC is reasonably quiet and effective.

As another reviewer noted, the rooms don't have refrigerators (just coffee makers and mini-bars), but I was immediately provided one upon request and without charge. Once that was included, I found my stay nearly perfect.

The hotel is a short walk from Central Park, Carnegie Hall, MoMA, Columbus Circle, and Times Square. It's no more than a few blocks from multiple subway stations offering direct access to several different train lines.

As someone who spends upwards of 50 nights per year in NYC, I'm grateful to have found the Conrad. In fact, I've already booked my next stay.
