My review of the hotel snd location was great in the past but not up to your standards. Very disappointed with service. we quested foam pillows from housekeeping 3 times until they finally arrived. Never got HOT WATER frond fest not compassionate to our problems NO sense of immediacy even though we were only there for two nights
I stayed here July 2019 with friends. Hotel is excellent. Staff are so welcoming and so hospitable. The hotel has a fabulous location and great services. I write many travel reviews for my blog and I have no hesitation in recommending this place! Looking forward to revisiting 1st November 2021. P Higgins
The hotel is large and centrally located. My room was comfortable for one person. Staff were friendly. In other words, it was fine for an overnight ‘anonymous’ stay. There is a two-part restaurant: the first section is a sort of take-out/eat-in with seating for those who choose the latter at a group table on benches; the other section has tables and such for a breakfast buffet. The buffet format cuts down on the need for staff, I assume, but one is thus faced with either too little ambiance or too much food. If I might make a suggestion: add seat backs to the benches to enhance one’s comfort and also add paper plates to compliment the sandwiches served in a box - a least for breakfast. All in all, a good hotel for what it is. Nice banquet facilities.
With exception of loud band playing in lobby on day of arrival, very pleased with overall experience—room cleaned consistently—hotel shops and eateries open at convenient hours—conference facilities easy to find, had adequate space—all staff encountered were courteous and friendly
We booked 2 nights with Hilton midtown. We reached hotel for check-in with confirmation and surprise surprise-- IT WAS CLOSED 😲. Hilton did not find it important to inform their customers about it. We tried to call them and we got recorded message and was put on hold and nothing at the end. Hilton staff - any response from your side is awaited. ITS Really FRUSTRATING. 🤬🤬🤬. You messed up our holidays in NYC
