We have stayed for a week and it's a very confortable Hotel for visit NYC. Classic American Breakfast, not international but good, room of the right size and cleaning room services very efficent. Located near Wall Street with some restaurants and services.

The hotel was convenient to the location of my office but the room was small, the pillows were unsatisfactory, and the “room with a view” was not a view at all. The front desk staff are friendly. If you have other options make this one your last.

We were not offered the Hilton amenities when other people were offered treats and water for being HH members. Head of housekeeping just used his access to enter my room while I was still on my dime. I reported it and there was no apology or snacks to convey an apology, the front desk person just asked for the description of person and that was that.

We went for a weekend and this hotel is located in a good location, walking distance to the major attractions or subway station. The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean and cozy. It was my first time trying the digital key, it is pretty cool but I'm old school i would prefer a key for my next stay. Breakfast was the usual hampton breakfast nice and fresh.

It was a very poor experience. There was not hot water during our stay. This was our anniversary trip and I felt so bad by choosing what I believe is the worst managed Hilton hotel. The only reason you get a 2 is because the front desk staff was very accommodating and had not other choice that to handle the issues with little to no support. Rooms are very small, if you want room service it needs to be requested, the breakfast was average and cleaning in the breakfast area has room for improvements. Imagine spending all day in NY using buses, subway, etc… to comeback to a room that was not service and a freezing cold shower. Every other guest was very upset with the situation and I never encounter a manager. Then the resolution from Hilton Corporate was not what was offered to me during the stay and I find myself in a never ending email correspondence. As a Hilton honor member and someone that understands the industry, if you have a boiler down for 3 days at least get I different vendor, have your maintenance/engineer team work around the clock until it is fixed. Second a manager needs to be front facing the angry guests. Finally, communication is the key. If you have an issue give the guests options don’t brushed off like is not a big deal. I wished I knew and I would have chosen a different hotel.

Only think going for them was the location across street from battery park and the pick-up breakfast was efficient

Trash in the hallways for at least 24 hours
I still say Hampton is a great brand but not this location. Every other Hampton I have stayed at was great. Just not this dirty place Go for the one on water street next time (by Wall Street). It’s much nicer and cleaner I bet next time I’m in NY this hotel will be downgraded to a Days Inn

This hotel is just a few blocks from several subway lines, with great access to the financial district, theaters, etc. Friendly staff and standard Hampton breakfast. Several good restaurants/pubs a block away, including famous Fraunces Tavern.
It's fine for me, a solo traveler. But all the rooms in which I have stayed (and I am Hilton Diamond) are very small. Desk chair only. If there are two of you, one sits on the bed! Definitely not the place for a couple for a couple of days.

This facility was not the usual standard for a Hilton property. The housekeeping had to be requested multiple times, the breakfast was scant and had nothing fresh, There were no non-dairy options. The elevator was so slow we opted to hike the stairs to the third floor. The sink handle came off the sink valve, it was obvious it had been this way for a while. While I realize the property may not have a say, the garbage pick-up is at
2AM and is so loud sleep was not an
option, this occurs at least twice during the 5-days we wer there.

Small hotel, too small room, breakfast is on average, as there is not enough isolation, too much noise from next room. They do not care the customers, Location is great near to everywhere. Overall not satisfied.

Although a covid-19 test is not required for registration for a hotel room or hotel stay, our hotel does practice social distancing and wearing face masks. We also follow New York City's Department of Health guidance and recommendations for vaccine requirements to safeguard against the spread of covid-19 since our hotel dining room features breakfast service.

Late checkouts are based on availability. Please ask the front desk upon arrival for details.
