The hotel is too sterile for me. We had no runnng water in our sink and couldn’t control the hot water in the shower. The location of the hotel was why I choose it, however the room are very small. The man who checked us out was nice.

Hello Misonix- I can provide a little more detail for you. The Sanctuary suite offers many great features. It is a one bedroom with a king bed. The living area offers a couch, chairs and a 4-seat dining table. There are two TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom where the mirror transforms into the TV. The terrace is a wraparound terrace and has two access points from the suite; one in the living room and one from the bedroom. The terrace offers lots of seating. There is a sun bed and 6-seat dining table. Please fee free to connect with us to if you like to book by calling at 212-253-1234. Regards, David McManus General Manager

Is there valet parking?
They do have a Premium Valet Parking at Hyatt Union Square. It cost $65 for sedan and $75 for SUV. No in and out services. It's very expensive to park in the city, better off with taxi or Uber. Hope it helps.
