We highly recommend this hotel if you're wanting to stay in NYC. We wanted to a quick weekend getaway to celebrate our honeymoon. En route one of our flights was cancelled due to weather and we were not able to arrive at our original check in date. The hotel staff were very accommodating and stayed in contact with us via text message to assure us our booking was safe. Once we arrived the hotel staff were friendly and outgoing and made our honeymoon weekend feel extra special. Our room was a little smaller than we first anticipated but was great otherwise. We had a great time at this hotel.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff and amazing customer service. David and Mark at the lobby coffee shop were wonderful. The front desk was able to accommodate our large group and arrange our rooms to be next to each other.

Booked 2 rooms for 4 nights in this newly opened hotel. The location is very central, we could see Times Sq. The hotel itself has a real buzz when you arrive & service was impeccable.The rooms are a good size & the space is well designed. Hotel facilities are excellent including a roof top bar. There is loads to see with merchandise everywhere & each floor is themed with a rock star. A great hotel for family & business.

We were very disappointed as our flights were cancelled due to storms in nyc so we could not arrive at the hotel - Hard Rock hotel refused to show any kindness , they kept our payment and refused to reschedule even one night to another weekend - we were looking forward to our stay and are very disappointed .

We took a girls trip and absolutely LOVED this hotel! There was 4 of us in the Queen room. Wish we could’ve stayed longer! Pros: -Beautiful and sparkling clean -Enough room for us without feeling like we’re on top of each other -Super comfy beds -So quiet! Never heard street noise or any other guests the entire time. We were on the 12th floor -Plenty of closet space and hangers with 2 full length mirrors on the doors -Super friendly staff. Don’t remember all their names but Chris at check in and Chester were both great. -Rooftop bar had beautiful views and the seating area was very comfortable. Drinks were good! -Location was perfect. Right by Times Square without all the noise. Cons: -Our bathroom had a tub instead of the walk in shower that I saw pictured. Not an issue but we just had trouble figuring out the 3 handles and the shower head wouldn’t angle down. -No instructions on how or where to get ice. Again no big deal but something that would be helpful to have on the Q&A card in the room. -Service on the rooftop bar was pretty slow so we only got one drink but we enjoyed it. -View from our room wasn’t anything great but having a table and chairs and blackout curtains was a huge plus. Would definitely recommend staying here and hope we can come back soon! Thanks Hard Rock!…

Stylish, very modern, very clean, super friendly staff, very close to everything. This place is in the heart of Times Square, it is a little pricey if you decide to eat at the hotel, we did not eat at the hotel because there are tons of restaurants in this area. The roof top bar was amazing, super comfy and the staff as nice as usual. We truly enjoyed our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel, the only down about this area is that as soon as you exit the hotel to the right of it, the street is always full of trash bags and it stinks very bad, the smell is horrible, you will not believe there are tables and chairs with people eating literally next to the trash, so nasty.

The hotel is new and extremely clean. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is extremely polite and accommodating. It’s right off of Times Square which makes it a great place to stay. You won’t be disappointed staying here, I would definitely be back.
