Hotel's Favorite
Upon arrival to this beautiful hotel we were welcomed by amazing staff Aaron and Arthur. The hotel is so pleasant and extremely clean with a great modern twist. The hospitality of Arthur and Aaron are above and beyond from the minute we entered the hotel lobby. They met and exceeded my expectations from the moment we arrived to this hotel. All respect for these guys at the reception , they are doing an amazing job here , a true sample of hospitality. Will definitely write another review for the hotel , since we just checked in, but definitely wanted to give my highest thanks to these guys after my warmest welcome here ! Excellent hotel with the amazing staff!

Stayed here for our birthday trip with a few girlfriends. The hotel is in a great location, pretty central to most attractions. Boutique feel with all the vibes, great rooftop bar and lower level coffee shop. Michael was great during check in and throughout our whole stay, with excellent customer service and attention. Would hands down stay here again!

Hotel and staff are amazing here! The decor is effortlessly edgy and comfortable at the same time. Music in the lobby is like the soundtrack of my soul. There is definitely a focus on functionality and ease of use throughout the hotel. QR codes for food ordering. Little nooks and spaces in the lobby for working and mingling. Charging ports are everywhere. The rooms are very well appointed with great shower heads and the most comfortable beds anywhere. Richard and Maggie lead an amazing hotel team with a focus on hospitality. Thanks for making my stay in NYC comfortable and satisfying.

Eh. Meh. Two night stay. 1st shower lukewarm if that. 19th floor. Nice room but compact even for NYC. Have stayed at multiple hotels in NYC & what was my smallest room, Roommate Grace was larger. Staff at desk- not so friendly. Birthday celebration. No acknowoddgement. Can hear every noise outside room door, 19th floor. No wash cloths, why? Where is the logic? Room gets moist humid without air on 67. Why? Cafe opens at 7; batista says we don't give change, we round up. I see change in register. I ask for receipt, it shows change was due. I ask why no change? I tip 20-25%, I don't appreciate staff taking a tip before one is offered or declined. Not impressed. Price is high enough to warrant no negative experience.

Hello There, Thank you for reviewing your stay with us. I am very sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. Our room sizes do vary about 30 square feet depending on the layout you have so I am very sorry the layout was not to your liking. We frequently get complimented on the friendliness of the front desk staff so I am very surprised to see you did not have the same experience. We try our best to acknowledge all guest celebrations so I am sorry yours was missed with us. I will follow up in regards to the rounding up change to see if this is standard practice for our coffee bar. It seems like we did not hit the mark on this stay so I encourage you to reach out to us to see if we can try again in the future to provide an experience that better aligns with the Arlo standard.
