This hotel is in a great location for me. It is close to the metro and the office. The staff here is wonderful and the GM Mairovi was just lovely sending an email to check in on us. This is definitely a hotel that I will be coming back to in the future. Thanks for a great stay from a titanium member.

Here's a review for the Sheraton hotel TriBeCa New York: My recent stay at the Sheraton hotel in TriBeCa, New York left much to be desired. Despite being a Titanium member and arriving early, I was surprised and disappointed to find that I wasn't upgraded, even though the hotel wasn't at full capacity. When I inquired about this discrepancy, the front desk's response was unsatisfactory, citing my early arrival as the reason for not having a room ready, despite my returning later in the day. While I eventually received an upgrade, there was no acknowledgment or apology for the inconvenience of spending two nights in a room with a view of a brick wall. The lounge experience was underwhelming, with the same breakfast and dinner offerings every day, accompanied by a staff member eagerly soliciting tips despite the self-service setup. Furthermore, I caution against leaving any items at this hotel. When I returned weeks later to retrieve a forgotten item, the process was frustrating and costly. It took multiple attempts to ascertain what had been left behind, only to be informed that retrieving my suite jacket would require going through a third-party courier service at a steep cost of $220, which exceeded the price of my flight to New York. The lack of flexibility or assistance in resolving this matter left a sour taste in my mouth. Overall, my experience at the Sheraton TriBeCa New York was subpar, characterized by inadequate customer service and opportunistic pricing for lost items. This experience has certainly diminished my desire to return to this hotel in the future.

Everything from the time I arrived to the time I left was a first class stay. The room was clean and fresh upon my return nightly, with the linens crisp and the pillows fluffed. Every hotel employee I came across was nice, professional and courteous.

My stay with The Sheraton Tribeca was outstanding! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel is beautiful with the new renovations. I love the club lounge as it’s a perfect spot to check emails and just relax. The rooftop terrace is amazing with the breath-taking views of the NYC skyline! I enjoyed my nights watching the sunset over the Manhattan skyscrapers while enjoying a complimentary happy hour featuring wine, beer, antipasti and snacks. The staff, from the front desk, housekeeping, & the Club Lounge were extremely pleasant and always happy to assist and accommodate. I was truly impressed! Thank you to you and your team for an awesome week in Manhattan! Keep up the great work, I will be back!

Check-in was smooth, and my room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is central to area, and also was close and easy access to subway. Had a late drink at the bar one evening, and service was excellent. Wi-Fi was solid, which was important for working from the room for a morning. Overall, an excellent experience.

This is my second time at Sheraton Tribeca. For the price, this hotel is a no brainer. Super well located, room are spacious enough (especially for NYC), service was great and did not run into any issue. Of course do not expect a 5 stars hotel but I will always come back as it offers the best value for the money, plus points and nights for Bonvoy members!

Visiting NYC in midwinter imposes some limitations — when we were there, wind chills got close to 0 at times, so the location advantage of walking distance to Tribeca amenities and restaurants was significantly reduced. When that happens, you rely on your hotel to step up. In our case, the hotel restaurant — Henrietta — was a bit of a disappointment, probably because it competes with fuller establishments nearby. The dinner menu was very limited and the dining area extremely chilly because the lobby’s outside doors fanned cold air across the first floor (the hallways aren’t heated, either). The food was very good, just didn’t have many options, which might explain why there rarely was more than a small number of diners in it. As premium elite members, we had access to the 21st floor club lounge, which was too small to accommodate the larger number of guests for morning breakfasts. There’s a nice outside terrace connected to the lounge, but the winter keeps guests inside the small lounge. The meals there also did not stand up well to similar amenities we’ve had at other Sheraton properties — powdered eggs, reheated sausage links, wafer thin bacon, etc. I strongly recommend Tribeca Bagels right next door for great breakfast items. I was also surprised that the hotel registration desk was unable to break a $20 bill; I went to the small coffee stand in the lobby for change, but the cashier there provided it from his own pocket, not the register. The bellmen were very polite and helpful. Our accessible room had several good accessible features, esp the bath, but the king bed swallowed up all living space — anyone in a wheelchair or with a rollator would be unable to get around it or over to the windows. The hotel does a poor job of handling the parking issue, a major challenge in Tribeca. Its website only says “self park” for $55 a day, which means parking at the Wooster parking garage across the street and down the block. I had hoped that Sheraton would’ve cut some kind of discount deal there, but no luck. Our stay was pleasant, but Sheraton needs to invest a bit more in this property’s restaurant and club lounge.

Consistently great service no matter the time of day/night. Staff was friendly and helpful. At 1AM the front desk directed me to Tribeca Bagels next door for an outstanding bagel and coffee (open 24 hours!). Clean room, comfortable bed, great price. See you next trip!
