Their team is dangerous and abusive Service is beyond sub par. Room smell like smoke, and when you complain they say it was you that smoked! Managment totally unprofessional. No apologies were offered. I would rather sleep in the car than sleep in this hotel.

We had a great stay as a family of 4 - the hotel was lovely, room was clean, comfortable (enough space for the 4 of us in a room with 2 doubles), and the staff were really helpful. Shout out especially to Aaron, who was an absolute legend - taking the time to chat with the kids, get to know their preferences, give recommendations and just add the real personal touch that makes you feel so welcomed. Thanks for a great stay!

Rooms need to be updated, breakfast was average, the whole hotel was average. Didn't receive welcome amenity as a Globalist which was disappointing. Customer service and check-in experience was very good.

As a Globalist, I made a date mistake when I reserved a 2 nt stay for my sister's family. I called Globalist line and they gladly contacted the hotel, but the manager refused to waive the cancellation penalty when my sister's family was willing to book 2 rooms for the correct date since a room with double bed was sold out. I know this was my mistake, but I would expect more leniency to their highest tiered member and especially, we were willing to make a new reservation with more rooms this time. It was undoubtedly disappointing experience although I have never stayed there.

If you are looking for a great location in the financial district this is it.. The rooms are spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The shower is spacious and it’s an easy walk to many subway stations. It’s great to be away from the hustle and bustle of mid town, many shops, pizza places and the best bagels are only a few blocks away.

The hotel itself and its staff are good. The location is fairly convenient, only about 200m to NYSE building and very close to subways. The downsides are following: (1) hotel is a bit old and some furnishings are worn down/need maintenance, (2) elevator is not gated by room card and anyone can get to any floor. The gym and restroom are in the basement, which is also directly accessible through the side stair in the lobby and main entrance, and it's not gated neither. Although there are security/24-hour concierge, and security camera, as a woman, I still didn't feel very safe when I worked out at night, especially when I went to use the restroom.

A gem in the financial district, the Hyatt is the perfect hotel for any business trip. I stayed for 2 weeks and had everything I need, from a spacious room, comfortable bed, powerful shower, free water and access to gym and laundry. Not to mention the staff were very helpful with anything I needed. Looking forward to staying at Hyatt again after having experienced other hotels in the area.
