I went with two friends and had an incredible dining experience. The atmosphere, drinks and food were excellent. There was live music in the front of the restaurant/bar area that we could hear in the dining room. The service was friendly and helpful with the menu. Our waiter Ricardo was warm and extremely helpful with the menu. I would highly recommend this restaurant for date or friend vibes!

Food was a party for my mouth. We tried the ceviche and the pork belly. Ricardo was an amazing server and gave all kinds of good tips. The drinks were also well mixed. The atmosphere of the restaurant was perfect. Highly recommended

All the food and drinks were amazing, and our waiter Ricardo's service and recommendations were beyond amazing. The pork and crema de tamal were a perfect mix 🤌🏼 Having gone to Peru; I loved that the had drinks with chica morada and other authentic Peruvian embellishments throughout the menu.

Aside from the wonderful location, the service above all stood out to me during my stay at the PUBLIC Hotel! Leilani, Pierre, and Claudia were all incredibly warm, friendly, and wanted to go out of their ways to make sure I had a positive experience. Even the gentleman who was working the elevator going up and down between the lobby and the rooftop bar was great! I was there on a work trip, so I stayed in the most economical room with breakfast included. Layout and design of the room was perfect for one person. Everything was clean and simple and I loved the bed so much. My favourite part? The sheer curtains. Breakfast was excellent - it was never crowded in the mornings and Juan is the best waiter! I still dream about the Greek yogurt dish. I just booked a show in March so will be back with my partner on a PERSONAL trip to NYC and will 1,000% be staying at the PUBLIC again! …

I came in with my boyfriend last night we couldn’t exactly forgive out where to go that’s when I met a young man one of the managers at The Roof, he asked us if we needed assistance which we appreciated. He ensured us that the best bar and Rooftop is in the city is at Public. He took us up personally feeling like VIPs. He showed me the Roof which I can say the view is the best in the city, the igloos were different and better than any others I saw. He introduced us to Ariel, we had a great talk. The cocktails were so good that we ended up having 3 rounds. Thank you to Alec and also Ariel for making our night special.

Public hotel has fresh nyc vibes. It brings the best service and style to the table. The Penthouse was impeccable with its attention to details. Intentional in every way. Biggest space with the layout and sets the feel with ambiant lighting, moody bathrooms and oak panneled wood. Clean crisp bedding to hit our heads in after hitting the lively scene just outside the door. Enjoyed being a part of the igloos on the roof and wish we had time to check out the caviar room downstairs. We had multiple things delivered to the hotel and was brought everything we needed the room. 100 percent we will stay here again. Thank you!
