As a first-time visitor to NYC, I begin my tour by staying at this hotel. I had to wait a few minutes because my room wasn't ready yet. But I assure you that they have the best staff. The accommodation was spacious enough for two people, and the view was beautiful! Thanks to Martin, Jaquanne, and Shantel, I was able to fully enjoy my business trip! I would definitely return if the option presented itself again.

Hotel's Favorite
4.5 Pros: Clean Comfortable bed Lots of different size pillows Good hot shower/bath Water view (in the less expensive rooms, even, we just asked!) Best- incredible staff at desk, in housekeeping, restaurant, bar (amazing drinks) and engineering/maintenance. Other than tax and $3.50 NYC charge- no hidden fees Free morning coffee in lobby and second floor Steps to Whitehall subway station and SI Ferry, Ferries to Liberty and Ellis Islands Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion in good amounts and real soap 12 Noon check out Cons: The little coffee machine thing in our room was pretty dirty, still had a used pod in it (lobby and restaurant was better anyway) Stuff: View helicopters headed over Statue of Liberty can get noisy in AM (not real early), construction on adjoining road (Sept '23) but Sunday AM is heaven, though, sleep nice and late- Very pleased with this hotel. Really excellent staff pushed the rating to 5. Will return. (With the Hilton honors credit card, I think - didn't tend to stay in them often!)

The Staff at this Hilton is amazing! From the rooms to the service I give this hotel an A+ I’d like to shoutout the Front Desk agents and Bartender Raimy. Drinks were so good we came back the following day. Everyone here has been amazing! We were in town for a concert, I look forward to coming back here again :)

Very pleasant stay. We had to book at the last minute because we had booked elsewhere which turned out to be horrible. We were greeted by Hilton very warmly, they made sure everything went perfectly. Bed was super comfortable, all staff friendly and free coffee every morning, which is always nice to have! Subway just in front of the hotel, 2 mins walk to ferry station. Highly recommend this hotel. Special thanks to Martin at the front desk :)

We had a couple snafu's that the staff handled reasonably well. The room was smaller than Im used to, the wardrobe was TOO TINY and had a caddy for an iron that I had removed as you couldn't hang anything in it with the caddy there! Martin and Laura at the front desk were great! Joann in the restaurant for breakfast was amazing! A few of the non-English speaking staff were more interested in their phones and being rude while walking through common areas, in and out of elevators, etc., but housekeeping and the front desk were good! All in all, we had a good experience.
