This hotel was a very clean and friendly hotel. The staff Tasha, Jamilah, and Ariyana were some of the most friendliest people ever. It was my first time here and they made me feel welcomed!!! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
Amazing experience with super friendly and effective staff. We enjoyed the view a lot and love this small oasis in New York City. We were treated well by all staff and housekeeping. This will be our first choice when we do need to stay in New York again.
Great location close to subway and easy access to Penn Station. The hotel HS a tidy lobby and great restaurant. The room was fantastic- clean and spacious with a cool view of the city. TV allowed for Google casting and had a comfortable area to do work. Best part is the hotel staff who are super friendly and accommodating. Thanks Jamelah and Kim!
Excellent service there were 2 staff people that went beyond excellent service, their names are Marie and Alex R. I will be definitely going back there. Great location to some many stores and near time square.
My wife and I came to the city for the weekend and chose the Arlo NoMad for its excellent location and good design. What we did not expect, however, was to be treated so well by the staff. I travel a lot for work and was really impressed by the fact that everyone was really pleasant, especially Mark Butler. He was super helpful and really made our stay at the hotel one of the best I have ever had. We will definitely be coming back!
Booked 2 rooms at the Arlo NoMad for a weeks stay,. Excellent location, all of the staff were super friendly and helpful at this lovely boutique hotel, a nice pleasant experience was had by all of my family. Tasha, the Lobby Host, deserves a special mention for going out of her way to ensure that we all had a great week, upgrading us when the room air conditioner developed a fault. The roof terrace was a bonus, great place to sit and chill. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in midtown New York.
This was my second time staying at the Arlo NOMAD for a long weekend and it will continue to be my top choice for trips to NYC. The location is a perfect launching point to get around the city. It is a short walk fromPenn or Grand Central and has nearby subway stations. The rooms are very small, like many NYC hotels, but well laid out and absolutely spotless with very comfortable beds. Rooms have a fridge and hair dryer, no coffee pot but there is coffee available downstairs in the mornings. One favorite touch is that rooms have a handheld steamer, a huge help when you aren't the best packer. The roof deck/bar, ART, has very limited food offerings but the views are amazing so it is definitely worth a trip up, especially at sunset, Finally the staff is absolutely wonderful and this was the case for both my stays over a year apart. The staff at the front desk is informative and welcoming. They make you feel like you are their own personal guest. Jamilah was especially helpful and went above and beyond when she realized I was visiting to celebrate my birthday.…
i was confort in ArloNomad at the 31 Street . The people that works there is nice & helpful. Special mention to Jamilah, always smiling. The elevators have good or Bad Moments, it's depends. The clean is good. (It's sounds like "Clint Eastwood". It's a coincidence. ). And well, i have to write about 200 words. I didn't do that since my days in high school. So that's it !
I decided to spend my birthday in New York City and wanted a room with an amazing view. Arlo NoMad offered such a fun experience. While the room size was shockingly small, I reminded myself that I was paying for the view. It isn't of central park or anything but the floor to ceiling windows overlooking parts of the city was still an incredible site to wake up and go to sleep to. What really made the experience awesome was the staff! I was assisted by Jamilah, Tasha, and Keelan. They were fun, knowledgeable, and even made great recommendations of local food spots to check out. Their energy was top notch and despite being super busy the entire time I was there, they made sure that each customer had a good experience with them. I never felt rushed or ignored and when I had an issue, they made sure to address it quickly! I would definitely recommend this location because of how awesome the staff are!…
Love this hotel. Small but very comfortable rooms, some of which come with an amazing view. And a super friendly staff at the reception desk. Definitely my new place to stay when I come to NYC for my work.
