Great room - really only negative was the street noise that filtered up - honking & sirens (this was despite being fairly high up in the building). and the strong scents in their toiletries (which I personally didn't like... it was suppose to smell of a nightclub "cocktails & cigars"). Location walkable to World Trade Center area as well as to multiple subway lines. Very large room and bathroom. Bathroom has shower with dual shower heads, bath, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, shower cap, nail kit, hair dryer, scale,make up mirror, make up remover, cotton swabs, cotton bails. Toilet is separated from rest of bathroom by frosted glass. Room had nice blackout curtains, recycle bin, robes, slippers, umbrella, coffee maker, iron & board, safe. Plenty of closet and drawer space.

Stayed for two nights. A few minutes walk from the WTC and Wall Street.
A relatively smaller hotel comparing to some other Four Seasons. As with other Four Seasons service from staff are excellent. The overall look and feel is modern design.
Our room is of decent size and has the Oculus view. It is still spacious after we put 2 luggage in it. The bath room occupies a big part of the room, so the bath room is really spacious, and bright. Temperature control is easy. Storage space is abundance. The only complaint I have is with the bed, it is too soft for me and there is a depression in the center of the mattress.
We had our breakfast in the lobby restaurant, the food was not particularly outstanding. And there is only one restaurant in the hotel. If you have activity in the area it is still a very good choice.

Adjacent to Wall Street, Tribeca and around the corner from City Hall, The Four Seasons Downtown is as good as it gets. I guess wherever there is a Four Seasons, this is probably true, and I have stayed in many of them around the world. The service is matchless, and the 21st Century bells and whistles are all here. The security is amazing, as are the Co-vid precautions. The room was spotless and maintained twice a day. When I tried to close the huge heavy curtains by myself, I couldn't find a drawstring. When I began to tug at it, the entire wall of curtain magically closed by itself.
Room was super quiet, equipped with an i-pad for services, and an Nespresso machine which I was too dumb to turn on. That afternoon I received a handwritten note saying they noticed I tried to use it and would be happy to demonstrate. It's the little things that make it first-rate and also very expensive.
A word of warning, though: There is no real lobby area to sit with visitors. The little bar off the lobby attached to the Wolfgang Puck restaurant is incredibly noisy (and closed Mondays)... so you really can't invite someone for drinks or coffee at the hotel.

Unfortunately- I decided to celebrate my 50th birthday at this New York location, but it did not turn out how one would expect of a Four Seasons hotel!
I mentioned in a previous comment that the quality of the hotel and the attention to service were not up to par with Four Seasons. The only detail I found impressive was a bottle of champagne chilled in our room upon arrival with a tray of cakes and “Happy Birthday” written on the plate... I immediately thanked the concierge with a tip!!
Months late, I meet with a friend who I have not seen since before my birthday. He asks me how I liked the champagne and card he sent to my hotel room on my birthday to this New York hotel!! I was shocked and speechless! The hotel did not even give me the card with his gift and they did not leave their own complimentary champagne, they simply upgraded my gift at my friend’s expense and set it up as if the gift was complimentary from the hotel!! How could the staff be this negligent??
This is how Four Seasons in New York ripped off myself and my friend by having him pay for the champagne service, then taking my tip on top. Even worse, I did not thank my friend for the wonderful gift he sent on my 50th birthday which caused unexplained tension.. meanwhile the Four Seasons is pinching a penny.

This property was beautiful. However the view of another building out of our window stoped us from seeing much of downtown. We ordered room service and it was delicious, the blond girl who brought us our food was very kind. Despite the terrible view, What blew me away was a front desk crew member, Sierra. She was so attentive during my stay, learned my kids name, became their friend, spoke to us anytime we were in the lobby. My girls were telling her how excited they were to go see the frozen show and she placed little frozen treats and frozen coloring books in our room for them while we were at the pool. She definitely made their first trip to the city memorable.

For exceptional service come here!
From the manager Jessica to the guest services Brandon and Davonte, all were fantastic and attentive to needs.
We received a warm welcome prior to coming, they pivoted from a last minute rushed request from us that required a few moving parts and they pulled it off with a smile.
Our room on the 18th floor was fantastic, subdued luxury and it was quietly curated for simple NYC style. Well appointed, quiet considering the location. Large for NYC.
The service for room cleaning and turn down were exceptional with the extra/lovely Four Seasons style touches that I've only experienced at one other location.
Room service was speedy and very good, with very good attention to detail.
Their pool and fitness area with spa was clean, kind staff, and very relaxing.
Tribeca is a wonderful jump-off neighbourhood. Whole Foods nearby and you're down the street from the One World Observatory.
For the sports fans we saw a few basketball players and the 76ers team stayed there - seemed to be a popular NBA spot.
Once again thank you dearly to the staff and Jessica. Made a memorable trip.

This hotel is well located and walking distance to all major financial institutions.
The lobby very small with no facilities of business center to work in peace.
Rooms are nice but the sheers need replacement. In room Entertainment negligible interface between television and iPhone impossible to stream.
I would like to warn you that if you leave a small item behind like a airpod or similar it will never be found and the hotel management will call the guest a liar than admit their mistake.
I am happy they were able to retrieve my apple phone however they refused to pay for courier charges to Houston after i spent over $3000 for two nights at their establishment, lost my airpods and also called a liar. Amazing service to safe couple of $’s. As I am a Centourian card member I will certainly take it up with them as well.
This establishment is racial and badly managed, people must avoid this hotel like the plague.

We are regular FS customers and have had the priviledge of staying in many around the world.
We are used to a level of service when paying over $1000 per night and an additional $200 for breakfast.
Simply put the service we received from this particular hotel is by far the worst we have ever had from this brand.

From the moment you walk in, this hotel says quality and luxury. The staff at the front desk are warm and welcoming without being fawning. Since we booked through Amex Platinum Fine Hotels and Resorts, we were upgraded to a Hudson Room on a high floor and the room was totally beautiful and comfortable. There was a deep soaking tub that I luxuriated in for almost an hour. The products were Frederic Malle which is a wonderful line. Everything you could need was in the room. The concierge was prompt and attentive at changing our brunch reservation for a later time. And the bed was top notch Four Seasons heaven. We definitely hope to stay here again.

No mouthwash or dental kit in the room. You can request or there is a Duane Reade drugstore on the corner behind the hotel.
