I booked this hotel for 5 days through Priceline. When I checked in, I asked for a first floor room because I have a heavy bag and did not want to carry it up the stairs because I did not see an elevator. When I got in the room, the whole room was very filthy. The ceiling in the bedroom area had mold approximately two feet diameter. I checked the bathroom and the ceiling was molded also approximately a foot in diameter. The whole room was just filthy. I went back to the front desk and told the person working that the room she gave me was filthy. She gave me an attitude telling me, “Well, you’re the one who wanted the first floor!” Apparently, it’s my fault for asking for a room on the first floor and that it had mold. So, she gave me the second floor room. Since it’s the second floor, there’s no third floor, there was no mold on the ceiling. It was a little late and I just decided to stay. In the middle of the night, I saw a couple of roaches in the bathroom area. I ignored it because it’s was too late to find another hotel and I used my money for Knights Inn. The next day, I was out and about so I wasn’t in the room all day. I got back, I saw roaches again. Then I got curious and checked the pillows. I removed the pillow cases and the pillows are yellowish brown from not being washed and dried out bodily fluids or whatever it was. Since it was late, I have decided that I will check out the next morning and just ask for the refund for the rest of the days I won’t be staying. The next day, I asked to check out and told the person why I’m checking out early. It’s the same person who gave me the attitude the day I checked in. I asked to get a refund but she refused and told me I had to get it from the third party where I reserved it from. I told them that I called Priceline and that Priceline told me that they have to refund it to me since the money was already given to them. She told me she can’t do anything. I am currently reporting them to State Health Services and reporting them to their company. The hotel is a health hazard. Do not stay.

Remodeled several years ago but a poor job and not finished. No toilet paper holder, No WiFi, No towel rack in the bathroom. Advertised free WiFi but when told it didn't work the office lady said it would not be fixed that day. She was right. The room was clean and I saw no dead bugs (plenty of live ones tho). The people at the desk were very nice and efficient.

Roaches roaches and more roaches apart from that dirty all over the furniture went to the office the guy to tell the guy and he acts all cool about it saying it's not his problem that he checks the rooms are clean before oviously it wasn't and that was bs....instead of trying to help me out guy says he can't do anything about it and with his sorry ass excuse....one comes to try and relax and here I am killing roaches .SMDH

I will never come again to this hotel ! Found roaches around the room it was very dirty it was uncomfortable staying there I do NOT suggest this hotel very disappointed ! When you enter the room it was smelly !

One of the most unsafe properties I have ever stayed in, surrounded by addicts and drunkards and other criminals, it was absolutely terrible. The staff were rude and for the most part we’re unwilling to even acknowledge those people staying at the property. The one night I had twisted my ankle and had asked the night manager for Ice if he could open the room where are the ice machine was locked, and he said absolutely under no condition.He said walk over to the mini mart and buy a bag of ice, I said please I need ice for my ankle, he told me to go away and stop begging because it did not suit me. I was infuriated and Insulted buy this impudent little weasel of a man. I am sure he has cost you more money than whatever wage you may have ever paid him. As a business owner I understand the losses an employee like this can cost a company, I am sure your business plan is not to drive away your clientele by insulting them. I won’t ever stay there again.

At first everything went fine and I was ready to relax and start working online . but I wasn't getting any signal . You guys are having false advertising and i was so upset that this whole week spent here was just ruined because I was unable to finish my work .you need to really FIX the WiFi here cause I really guarantee you you will lose all your customers !!

The room was very dirty, so were the beds, outside was very noisy, smoking smell all over the place, the room is not nice at all, could use a mayor improvement, not recommended. Would not stay there again. The price is fair but not worthed specially for a family.

Nice bbq set up with clean pool rooms byclean and staff very helpful. Has nice hot and cold water quiet place to relax and be with family and friends. Manager and staff very helpful courteous and kind. The rooms are roomy and has heat or ac to your liking. The eviorment here is very relaxed and calming. Nvm
