Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was excellent. It is a non tipping facility. They add $5 per day to cover housekeeping tip and add 18% to food and beverage charges. It makes it easy and happy to do it since the team does a good job and are very attentive. Close to all the happenings in the seaports

I stayed to attend a conference and my team made arrangements. Great location, safe, and walkable to the convention center made my stay very comfortable in this ever changing weather outside. Great places within walking distance to eat. Overall comfortable room with strategies to save the environment.
Cons: no instructions about various devices like TV’s unusual remote or the AC will turn off if you use the master turn off next
To your bed. No soap but rather all gels so if you must need soap bring your own. No paper cups so make sure you throughly wash your cups or glasses as I did not see housekeeping bringing a fresh set but rather looks like it is cleaned in the room. Not sure how clean they are or if they use proper washing technique. Have cash for tips as these days everyone looking to be tipped and places to eat around are extremely pricy.

Thank you, Kalalia, for your recent stay. We are pleased to hear you enjoyed your visit, and appreciate your thoughtful review. Our housekeeping team does bring fresh sets of glasses but as you mentioned, we do offer shower gel in the shower. Should your travels bring you back to Boston, we hope we can welcome you again!

Seaport Hotel's customer service was outstanding, as was the cleanliness of the hotel. Its location was extremely convenient (and inexpensive) to the airport and sights we visited, was within walking distance of the North End, and the visitor double-decker buses were within a block of the hotel. Also Seaport Hotel was a great value. Would highly recommend this hotel!

I was a little nervous about this hotel because it’s six minutes from the convention center versus being at the Westin or Omni that are right next-door. But this hotel is so great. The walk is nothing when you have such personal service from people like Alexander at the concierge desk, who was able to secure me a restaurant reservation at a hot new place that I couldn’t get into myself, or who ran outside to help me hail a taxi that was leaving the building. Also, being a person who is highly allergic to animals, I appreciate that they have a no pet floor and also don’t allow pets on adjacent floors so I felt very safe. The room was also really comfortable and clean and after being there only a day or so, I felt like, the staff knew who I was and it felt very personal. Very unlike those convention center hotels that I mentioned above. Also, you must see the gym. It is next level… it’s like a club you’d pay hundreds of dollars a month for… And not crowded at all because the only people who use it are hotel guests and the people who work in the financial buildings near nearby. For me, the bottom line is that I will always come back to this hotel whenever I have to be in Boston for a convention.

Incredible experience at the Seaport Hotel Boston. Most incredible service we've ever experienced. Best decision ever in 6 years of visiting Boston. Contacted concierge with questions ahead of time and not only did Danny from Concierge provide information requested, he followed up several times and provided service above and beyond multiple times!

Arrival was SO easy ... You're right next to down town but out of the chaos and parking was in same block down below and offered drive in/out all that day and next and at $35 was half of some hotels in Cambridge and downtown. Easy check-in with warm smiles. Beautiful flowers throughout, clean, generous lobby and elevators. Safety also top as a key card was required to grant access to all floors.

Views from 17th floor overlooking harbor and airport was lovely and quiet. Room had 2 doubles and everything we could possibly need was cozily included from bathrobe to fridge including bottles of water. In addition, thanks to Danny, a basket of healthy goodies had been left in our room including a good luck note written to daughter who was in town for a competition. Absolutely above and beyond and so thoughtful.

Housekeeping and front desk were prompt and helpful when I called with questions or something I forgot.

10 out of 10. Comfortable beds, giant walk in shower with rain head and hand held shower. Cozy room but well appointed with thoughtful items making it special. Close access to high way, mass transit but also walkable to close by restaurants and retail options.

Most of all, thank you for Danny from Concierge, who set the tone for thoughtfulness, service and kindness. The hotel could not ask for a better embassador!

The gentleman who checked us in had great energy. The room was a great layout and very clean. We had a king bed with a door that closed to the sitting area. I loved that the bathroom was near entrance so it didn’t disturb anyone still sleeping. Restaurant/bar had great food. Would highly recommend staying here

The hotel location is perfect for wanting to be in the downtown area, with the ability to walk places, without being in too busy of an area. The parking garage was attached to the hotel and due to the timing of our visit, it was half price ($20/day). The hotel was great for families. A LOT of kids and families were there. The hotel lobby was great for hanging out between adventures with lots of seating. The restaurant and bar were good, with reasonable pricing. We did breakfast at the hotel one morning and it was a lot of food. The only downside was the beds were not comfortable and the pillows were thin once you laid on them. The rooms were clean and spacious. There was a Keurig in the room and a mini fridge.

We often stay at this hotel when visiting family. Always clean and comfortable, a large well-appointed gym, and centrally located with lots of walkable eating options. I also really like that you need a room key to get up to your floor and usually it is quiet. But this past trip they won my loyalty: around 7:30 PM we heard running and banging above our room that went on for almost an hour. We called the front desk to alert them. At this point I expected the "OK we'll look into it" or a "do you want to change rooms?" and nothing would change, which is a typical reaction at even expensive hotels. But a few minutes later 2 security people arrive at our door to hear it and for us to help them to localize where it was coming from. 10 minutes later there was silence. I travel a lot for work and have never experienced such service. Thank you!

This is the second time we've stayed at the Seaport Hotel. There is valet parking buy self parking in the enormous underground parking garage is available. Free EV charging available in garage. Hotel is clean and bright and welcoming. Rooms are very nice (ask for corner rooms with views). Internet is good. TV is good buy feed is grainy. I don't care for carpets in rooms. Coffee and refrigerator available in rooms. Breakfast is available at a cost and paid buffet on weekends. TAMO restaurant looks nice. Never ate here as there are many places in town to choose from. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone. Video coming soon. Enjoy!
