I expect a clean room when I travel and I have to say that the people who cleaned my room did an excellent job. The staff in the front of the house made me feel like a welcomed guest! They were very caring and knowledgeable. I would definitely stay here again!

The Seaport is my go-to in Boston. Most importantly this hotel really understands service, and executes in every area of the hotel. Modern, spacious, clean rooms and common areas, solid and tasty food & drink, and a fabulous health club. The hotel does not waste time on shallow luxury trappings, but they get the important stuff right. In every area of the hotel - front desk, restaurant, TAMO bar, health club, the service was pitch perfect. So many details: It's raining, they gave me an umbrella for the day, coffee continuously restocked for the in-room Keurig without asking, breakfast serviced fast, flavorful and with a smile, etc... On this trip I must give a special shout out to Molita at the front desk who went above and beyond and absolutely saved my trip from disaster. Also, while this hotel is in the Seaport and a bit of a hike to Back Bay and Central Boston, the Silver Line rapid transit stop is just steps out the back door of the hotel. Very convenient.…

The Seaport hotel was wonderful, with modern designed rooms and we were greeted so wonderfully by the front desk staff. The doorman was also excellent and helped get us taxi's and provide recommendations of where to eat and visit around Boston. A wonderful stay and we'll definitely be back.

I had a wonderful experience at Seaport Hotel. I would definitely return. Walking distance to convention center and restaurants. Staff were polite, professional and kind. It was convenient and the coffee in the AM was perfect.

We went on a trip with family and friends during Thanksgiving. Hotel was clean, quiet, and affordable. Staff was helpful and friendly. Location is great! A short walk to the main attractions and has its own parking garage.

This hotel is top notch. From the minute you pull up in the car, the bell hops are there to assist. Check-in is a breeze and they have on-site parking. Lobby is very nice. Rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable. VERY CLEAN. We were on the 14th floor and it was very quiet except we were near where the maids enter and exit with their carts so it was very noisy at about 7am. Location is excellent. My only complaint would be that parking is very expensive and if you are staying at the hotel, there should be a better rate.

Exceptional staff, pristine cleanliness, welcoming lighting, texting capabilities with concierge… can’t recommend this hotel enough for anyone attending a conference at the convention center. Rooms are spacious and well appointed and all staff were pleasant and responsive.

We loved our stay. Everything was as Marketing from the room to the overall location, things to do or eat nearby. We did not tried the restaurants. It can be noisy from guests tending to weddings loved the view from the harbor
