The room was filthy with hairs in the bed and in the shower. The window has a wall of bricks in front. They did not clean the room the next day, so no cleaning service. The staff is super unpleasant. They hung up the phone on me when I tried to complain
Perfect - in name and for my needs, I am so glad I Found this hotel. Travelling as a solo female I needed a clean, safe & comfortable hotel that was centrally located - Found was as promised. I arrived at the hotel, after a 7 hour drive in horrendous weather, to a smiley welcome from Sean - this was heart warming. The hospitality was evident immediately. Sean is a pro at this; attentive with bespoke recommendations and helpful steers, he helped me feel knowledgeable and safe in a new city. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Valerie is cool - intuitive, friendly & very helpful. Her brilliant customer service was much appreciated on my final day. In short - if you’re looking for a central landing spot that’s clean and comfortable then Found is the place. The Sean & Valerie duo are the icing on the cake ☺️…
After a long flight from Australia and then across from LAX this fitted my needs perfectly. I just needed a comfortable bed to crash in before continuing up to Maine the next day. I was checked in by the loveliest person who very helpfully guided me to a nearby bar serving local brews (Parish Bar - you should go there, but ask her to tell you the way as she is fun to talk to). A couple of beers and a feed and then back to a small but comfortable and well-appointed room to sleep. Walked down to South Station to catch the coach in the morning feeling very refreshed. I have seen some complaints the rooms were 'small.' It says they are small (and cheap) on the website. It is like complaining there you found Weetabix in a box of Weetabix. Highly recommended (Found hotel, not the Weetabix).…
The staff at Found Hotel were warm and friendly. They make you feel at home. My room was small, but comfortable and clean and the bathroom was spacious and updated. My bed was comfortable and I slept very well. The location is right in the heart of the city near everything. It has a very European vibe, so if you enjoy that kind of atmosphere, you will like it here. There were only two downsides to my stay: 1: no coffee on-site, but Sean, who manages the property, told me they will soon have a coffee station in the lobby. The other downside is that the property is not physically accessible so it would not work for wheelchair or scooter riders.
Mixed feelings about this hotel. On the positive side, great location, the staff are lovely and very friendly/attentive. Check in was easy and early. Good air conditioning and a renovated bathroom with nice products. On the negative, the room was very small, a window that was frosted and you couldn’t look out on or get daylight. Paper thin walls so much so that I could hear my neighbor snoring. I could also hear reception and other guests as I was on the second floor by the stairwell and noise travelled. On this occasion I didn’t feel the price point matched this property., but it served a purpose and it was what was affordable that week. I would recommend booking a bigger room if you can and on a higher floor.
My stay here was excellent! The room was perfect for my needs, and the location of the property is very walkable to so many nearby attractions or public transit. Sean at the front desk displayed such warm hospitality and shared great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do! I'm already looking forward to my next stay!
This is not the Westin Copley Square, folks, it is a charming very old boutique hotel that has been modernized and very well air-conditioned!). The rooms are small but well outfitted, the bed was super comfortable for the two of us. The bathroom was a good size, the shower was very roomy. The location is what makes Found such a winner, only minutes to the subway, only a block and a half south of both Boston Common and Public Garden, tons of food and drink places around, what a great spot! The GM at the desk turned us on to some great eats and touristy things to do. If you enjoy European-style hotels, this one is for you. If you want room service and a killer view, go somewhere else and pay a LOT more! We'll be back.
The location is excellent. This is, however, the only good thing. Rooms are tiny, outdated and more on the shabby side. My room was not cleaned nor were towels changed in three nights. If you look for a rundown hostel style hotel without any service go for it. Otherwise, avoid.
The hotel was perfect and really well located. We had such a great stay. The staff particularly Sean is awesome and really friendly. We will be there just for one night but was so perfect for us, we went to the neil diamond musical and was so close to the hotel.
The room was perfect! The hotel is really well located. Couldn't ask for better. We had such a great time The staff is awesome and really friendly :) Room was quiet. The bathroom was modern and the staff suggestions were really on point
