I stayed here one night during both my trip from El Paso, Texas to Rockland, Maine (stopping overnight in Boston) and again on my way back. It isn't a fancy hotel but it is a great "commuter" hotel. Despite it being right next to the airport, I never really heard anything during my first stay when my room was at the front of the building (Room #312), and was only faintly aware of the planes taking off on the second night when my room was on the backside of the building (Room #213). The rooms were impeccably clean (even the windows which were crystal clear) and comfortable. The bed was "comfy cozy", and the shower was the BEST I have ever had in a hotel. The personnel were friendly and efficient. Ryan, at the front desk was especially understanding and helpful in getting my boarding passes for the next day's flight printed for me (I'm a "senior" and go old school in wanting printed paper boarding passes). I would also like to give a special "shout out" to my shuttle driver, Carolyn, who was especially outgoing and friendly (while still maintaining a constant watch on traffic). Speaking of the shuttle, they were very helpful and spot on when giving me directions as to how to get from my arrival gate at the airport to the spot where their bus would pick me up, and the bus arrived within the time frame they promised. Because of my experience with this hotel, I will be booking the Hilton Garden Inn at Sky Harbor Airport North in Phoenix for my "stop over" nights during my Hawaii trip next spring.…
We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Boston Logan Airport in mid-July and we could not have asked for a better experience. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, it was quiet, the food was great, the location was convenient, and the service was exceptional. Kathy at the front desk was particularly helpful and accommodating, but everyone on staff was delightful. It was an easy 7-minute walk to the train station on the blue line and just a few stops to Aquarium and State Street. It was so easy to get around on the T, and so convenient to leave our car at the hotel and not have to pay for parking. I would HIGHLY recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Boston Logan Airport for anyone looking to visit Boston but wanting accommodations that are affordable, convenient to the airport, and convenient for driving to the city.…
For $300 a night you expect the minimum of standards like staff who are friendly and professional. The first impression of the staff was good as far the front desk is concerned. But, honey, expect the worst attitudes in the staff working the bar/restaurant at this subpar airport hotel. My spouse and I arrived at about 9:52 pm after a very long, international flight. We checked in, put our belongings in our Motel-6-like room and headed back downstairs for a drink. We approached the bar and were told by the tall, overweight, female server in the most unpleasant, unfriendliest, and rudest voice, "We close at 10." That's understandable. But how about being more accommodating, attitude wise, to your overpaying guests by saying with a smile something like, "Oh, I'm sorry, we close at 10." This women was by far the most dreadful hotel staff member I ever encountered. And of course the pantry behind the front desk offers items no grown up would want to purchase. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Marriott down the street. Any hotel is better than this mediocre property.…
We stayed here before our flight to Alaska. The front desk people were amazing. We arrived by bus to the airport and called the hotel to get a ride. They were going to store our luggage until check in so we could go to the aquarium. When we got to the hotel, they let us check in early as they had a room available. They were very accommodating. We made sure to get up early for our early flight out the next morning. We waited a little while for the van as it was running every half hour that early. But had coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby while waiting.
This is a very nice Hilton Garden Inn. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly. It’s convenient to walk to several local restaurants. They have a shuttle service to the airport very early. I enjoyed my stay and would return without hesitation.
Not enough drivers for busy airport pickup. Only 5-10 min from Logan but took an hour as there were many many people to pick up at airport. Room clean and decent but nothing special and very expensive. Poor soundproofing with lots of street noise.
We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Logan Airport the night we arrived in Boston and the night before we left as we had an early flight. First - the people at the check-in/out desk were incredibly friendly, quick to get us checked in and out, very accommodating of our needs. The room was newly updated and lovely. Everything about the room was perfect, including the cleanliness, layout, air conditioning, etc. The airport shuttle beginning at 4 in the morning was a godsend! Loved our stay here and will choose it again next time we're in Boston!
We were there for the FanExpo this past weekend. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Typical of what we have come to expect from the Hilton chain. The staff, though! Your staff is AMAZING! Alan at the Front Desk was a pure joy to talk to, allowing us to check in early and talking his ear off about the Expo. Carolyn - the shuttle driver - was so friendly and kind, going out of her way to make a copy of the subway maps and explaining how we would get from one place to another. Teresa in the restaurant was very attentive, funny and engaging. These people should be commended for their outstanding customer service skills.
This hotel is really one of the better in the area. Everthing was clean. Staff were helpful and happy. People said thank you. Cleaning staff agreeable and efficient. If I had to complain about anything, it would be the restaurant menu. Not too much to choose from and a little pricey. But even there the staff were nice and pleasant.
We stayed here for 2 nights before returning home. Parked our car and used the Boston “T” which is under a 10 minute walk away. Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
