Never would have stayed here if the company didn't expense the bill. Very fancy for my blood. Tons of accessibility. Went on amazing walks. The construction in the area did not create any issues. Walking distance to many great food spots. Breakfast was better than the bagels and yogurt offered at my conference.
Absolutely a beautiful, new hotel in a great location with lots of bars and restaurants near by. It’s 10-15mins on the Silver Line from the airport- and it’s free! Our room faced the water with a great bathroom and separate sitting area. As always, it’s the service that sets Hyatt apart. Rikesh checked us in, Kobi checked us out, and Robert was a tremendous help moving us to another room- hot water problems, and offered to adjust our bill due to this and housekeeping issues. You need to request daily maid service before arrival (we did), confirmed upon checkin (we did), but still no service during our 3 night stay. Hyatt went above and beyond to make it right! The room was gorgeous on the 11th floor with beautiful water views, and the breakfast was outstanding! The lobby was inviting with several seating areas, and the roof top fire pit afforded a chance to hear music concerts for free (hotel is across from the Leader Bank Pavilion). The front desk staff was knowledgeable and so friendly. About 10mins after checking out and leaving the hotel, I realized I left my iPad in the room. I called the hotel, and Kobi & Rikesh secured it right away. What amazing service!…
Classy easy access hotel. Loved the experience Will recommend this Hyatt to anyone visiting Boston. Great location in the heart of the Seaport district walking distance to several high end restaurants. Thank You!
In the room there was not even a bottle of water. The breakfast was embarrassing (Motel 6 or Super 8 level). In front of my window there was a big construction. Overall poor value for outrageous prices.
The room, staff, and service were all excellent! Fantastic location as we were going to a concert at the Leander Pavilion which is just a few steps across the street. Parking at a lot right next to the concert venue was suggested by the reservations clerk.
We came to Boston to see a concert across the street from the hotel. This hotel was absolutely amazing! From the great breakfasts, room views, artwork around the hotel, location, quiet places to work around the hotel, and access to everything we needed, this is our new go-to hotel every time we come to Boston!!
We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and really enjoyed our stay here. We booked a speciality room which had a kitchenette. The room was spotlessly clean, massive and the bed was super comfy. The only thing was there were no cutlery, utensils, plates, wine glasses or kitchen cleaning items etc which I thought was a bit strange given it was a kitchenette. We found the breakfast provided was adequate and tasty enough. There are restaurants near by if you are too tired to walk into the centre which is about a 30 minute walk. We ate at the hotel one night and we wish we ate there sooner as we would have ate there more. The food was great and half the price as other boston prices. Would definitely recommend eating at hotel. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Would not hesitate in staying there again. Yes, it’s a bit out of the town centre, but the rooms are huge, it has a free breakfast and the price reflects it being a further away. Also, there is the bonus of getting free and easy travel to the airport on the SL1 bus which stops at hotel.…
We had a wonderful experience at the Hyatt Place. Great staff. Great location. Great views from lobby floor and bar and the 12th floor overlooking the harbor. Very generous breakfast. Great musical experience with the concert across the street. Would highly recommend.
I have stayed at several hotels and Hyatt Place. The Hyatt Place Boston/Seaport District is the BEST and most stay. From the ambience of the hotel (love the spacious layout and outdoor setting plus the Roof Top Overview with setting and firepit) you will love it. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about that to eat and do. And the Breakfast is delicious.
My only complaint was there is a music venue across the street that can be loud. The rest of the stay was wonderful. Staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was delightful and the view was very pleasant.
