My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Whitney to celebrate a special birthday. We were welcomed with a nice glass of Prosecco while checking in. The room was gorgeous, modern, spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff is very attentive and kind. We ordered room service in the morning and it came fast and hot and was delicious. This was my second time staying at the Whitney and both were perfect.

Hotel's Favorite
We had a spectacular time staying at the Whitney. The staff is wonderful and attentive, and I love how the hotel has an intimate boutique feel to it. When traveling, my family usually choose a king bed with a pullout sofa bed for our family of 4, and most of the time the sofa bed is less than comfortable, but at the Whitney, even the sofa bed is super comfy with a proper duvet (instead of just a thin blanket). The staff also surprised us with macaroons and teddy bear which my kids appreciated greatly. For reference, we stayed one other night at the loft suite in The Langham Boston, but we were somehow more wowed by the Whitney, even though we enjoyed The Langham too. We also had lunch at the restaurant and the food exceeded our expectation. The location is perfect at Beacon Hill with lots of interesting shops nearby, but the hotel itself is so comfortable, we barely left the room.

The Whitney I felt like being pampered by family. The place is great location for meeting in Cambridge. The room was very comfortable and I loved the Nespresso machine for proper coffee every morning. However the best of this hotel is the friendly and staff who are always ready to help you with a smile. and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Where do I start? From the moment myself and my Fiancée arrived at the hotel to the moment we left everyone was super friendly and could not do enough for us. It was like staying with friends. The hotel public areas are beautiful and well maintained as was our glorious room. We arrived by bus and train and the stop for the hotel is about 100 yards from the station, ultra handy. For our return journey we took an Uber which was about a 15 journey and the excellent price of $20. We were staying over the holiday weekend to celebrate my fiancées birthday and on arrival there was the most delicious personalised birthday cake and a lovely card. I’ve travelled to Boston around 8 times now and stayed in a number of hotels but I can say without hesitation this is the best I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. Special mention. Special thanks to Joyce, Agnes and Daryna who were super friendly and attentive and not forgetting Rob who I could have talked all day about areas of mutual interest :) The only sad part of the stay was having to leave :(

The Whitney has become my go-to hotel for my frequent visits back to Boston where I lived for many years. The property just gets it on all fronts. Extraordinary service at every turn! Other hotels should take their cue from the outstanding management effort at this property. They somehow stay quite current while also recognizing the needs of their wide range of guests. If you are looking for a scene type setting with a bunch of posers talking loud on cell phones and misbehaving, The Whitney is probably not the place for you. I am beyond grateful for the property's nod back to the bygone days of Boston hotels where service and manners mattered. Bravo!

The Whitney Hotel is a true gem in Beacon Hill. I’ve stayed at most of the top hotels in Boston and this one truly stands out. It’s the ultimate boutique hotel. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and set up perfectly. The workout facility has everything you need for your stay - various machines, weights and a TV to take your mind off the workout! What really makes this hotel standout is the “best in class” service led by General Manager Agnes Hayes, the front desk team of Kamel, Joyce, Carol and Rosella and the bell team of Rob and Greg. There is no other place I will stay in Boston.

What a wonderful night we spent at the Whitney Hotel! My husband and I along with another couple spent the weekend in Boston. What a beautiful hotel. Set right in the middle of Boston’s stunning Beacon Hill, the North End and a 15 minute walk to the Garden. The minute we stepped into the lobby we were blown away. So calm and lovely. The room itself was perfect. It had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable! The perfect space to reenergize for our busy weekend! Staff was attentive and friendly. Highly recommend!
