This is not your usual hotel. From the décor to the tech to the ship-cabin sized rooms. Very reasonable price and super convenient to the Garden for sports fans. Nice buffet breakfast. Friendly check-in and out. The room might be a bit too cozy for more than one person.

Refund policy is terrible. No refunds even if you cancel far ahead of stay date if you do not cancel within 24 hours of making reservation. They keep your money and can still make more money on the room! They issued two different confirmation codes for each of my reservations, making them virtually impossible to access. Breakfast buffet food was cold and flavorless. Bed set up is awkward and uncomfortable pillows. Service was exceptional, but this did not outweigh the other issues.

The living area was amazing - my daughter and I had a blast trying out all of the different seating spots and taking photos of the decor. Rooms were so fun with all digital controls. Amazing view, yummy breakfast, super nice service. Highly recommended!

Neat atmosphere, great quality room, awesome value. Not the cheap smelly average hotel. No carpet in room was awesome too. Clean, well kept. All glass shower/ bathroom enclosure was very modern and easy to use.

Absolutely love visiting Boston, it’s my favorite place on earth but HATE driving in it so we have resorted to taking the train. We came down for a concert in May and wanted convenience so we booked at the CitizenM as it was close by. Check in was a little intimidating at first but extremely easy to figure out. The hotel is beautiful and the staff was excellent. I was a little surprised at the size of the room just because I honestly didn’t do any research but it was perfect sized for us. We’re not really there to hang out in the room anyway. The beds are huge and so comfortable and the view can’t be beat. It has the basics of what you need. I immediately signed up to be a CitizenM+ member because I fell in love with the whole concept of this hotel. We already have 2 more stays booked for February and July and couldn’t be more excited to be back.…

no major issues was handy location. this survey is too long. lol. location was good as we went to watch a game at TD garden so being able to walk was great food was good and generally very clean. Being able to order packages to the hotel was also super helpful. cheers we will be using you again in the near future.

A place that made us enjoy our holidays even more. The room size was perfect, without the ever existing carpet. The view was a plus. There also was a gym, which we enjoyed and breakfast was amazing, better than at home. All good products. I am going to keep my eyes opened and try to stay at a Citizen hotel if I have the option

Convenient location if you’re staying overnight - we saw a concert at the TD Garden, the hotel is right there, there’s food at the hub or nearby. Hotel was quiet. People were friendly and helpful. Parked nearby at the Alcott garage. Short walk.

Yes!!! What a great hotel experience from this relatively new brand. If you are considering booking this hotel . . . don't. Just do it. You won't regret it. Cool vibes and space-saving room features, not to mention the cool iPad that lets you control everything in the room (even lets you stream/cast from your personal device so you are not limited to the TV channels)
