Opted for this hotel after finding the one we booked was not running a shuttle to the airport. Found the room had not been adequately supplied. One cup for two people, a hair dryer that didn't work. Arrived 10 mins early for the 6am shuttle, it did not arrive. Had one desk person waiting on a line of 8 people. Save your money and book elsewhere

My wife and I stayed at the Hilton Boston Logan prior to early morning departure. Room was clean and tidy. Quiet. Close to Logan with frequent shuttle service. Good air conditioning. Would stay here again prior to departure or after a late evening arrival.

After a late night flight from Spain, having the hotel shuttle arrive in around five minutes to bring us to the hotel was a wonderful treat. And the brioche French toast for breakfast the next day was terrific - as delicious as any breakfast we ate in Spain and France!

We booked through DayUse at a rate of $140.00 for day rate 10am to 5pm. This was the rate for a city view room, otherwise it was cheaper. When I checked in the card machine read over $300.00 which I queried and the rate was then changed to my booked rate plus tax. I had expected two queen beds and a city view as per the description on our DayUse booking and under my HH Gold account but we received one bed and one coffee cup as if was made up for a single guest, also the view was of the double storey car park so a quite disappointing. The Hilton site shows rooms with nice city views. At least a room was ready when we got there at 09:50hrs and we were too tired to bother to go back to the front desk when we realised the room fell short of what we booked and paid for. It is convenient for the airport and the free hotel shuttle to the airport worked really well. To walk to the hotel from terminal E across the walkway takes about 15 minutes, the shuttle is easier especially with multiple suitcases. Very convenient after leaving a cruise ship early in the morning with a late evening flight.

If you are leaving Logan very early or arriving late (as we were) this is a good choice, but you will pay for that convenience. As others have stated, it's a long walk from the the international terminal with luggage, so be sure to spring for a cart. Hotel is standard business hotel - nothing too fancy, but our room was modernized and updated. Still, the cost was almost twice what I would expect to pay for a hotel like this. We ate at the bar which was noisy and crowded - the food was OK but quite expensive even for an airport hotel. It would be nice if there was an alternative restaurant to the loud sports bar. Still, despite the premium price, I will probably stay here again when I have a late arrival from Europe, as I don't think it's worth the headache and stress to stay at a cheaper hotel that is off the airport property (I've tried that and won't do it again).

We stayed in room 865, 2 queen beds, picture shows the view; when it was light the view was better. Sound proof windows. You can hear people in the halls & other rooms, but it didn’t bother us, wasn’t loud thud trip. Is more expensive than some hotels, but you are right at the airport. Free shuttle from hotel to your airline; not sure what happened but was about 15 min late. Then they had to add on a second one, because we didn’t all fit (usually own every 15 min). We added in extra time, so it didn’t affect us getting to our flight. Should tip the driver, since he is moving your bags for you. Aren’t always able to stay here because the hotel books up, but plenty of rooms this trip. We’ll stay again.

Very nice hotel, if a bit dated. Check-in was slow but they called another clerk and that helped. Room had a big king bed, very comfy. Convenient to airport (of course) but a long walk from the terminals. They have a shuttle, which we used twice, to the T and to our departure terminal. Both times it came quickly, driver was friendly and it went quickly. Prob a better bet than walking, which took us at least 20 min from the far side of terminal B. Had breakfast sandwich from the to-go cafe, was tasty. Cappuccino was just ok.

Rooms were ok but bit dated (bathroom especially dated). Upon booking we assumed it would be a quick walk from terminal to hotel. However, it was a 20 minute walk, and at night was a bit eery, and you could get lost. For the money it wasnt worth it- we could have got on a shuttle to a cheaper airport hotel perhaps even quicker. Only 1 person on reception- check in took quite a while

I recently stayed here with my best friend when we came into Boston for the weekend. The hotel was a bit of a walk from Terminal A, but it was easy enough to find. The front desk gentleman (Alex) that checked us in was very friendly and personable. We ordered room service as my flight had been delayed, and I was too tired to want to go to the restaurant. The gentleman was just as nice, explaining the process to my best friend. The shuttle will take you to all terminals at the airport, but it will also take you to the subway station as well. It was super easy to get into Boston from there. The shuttle was quick as well. Both when we took it from the hotel, and when we called from the subway station. It was a little packed one day with people flying out, but everyone was courteous and respectful. The room was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. We had a corner room that had a view of the city and the airport, but you wouldn't know it. I can be a light sleeper and I didn't hear anything at all. We had dinner at the pub, and it was okay but I don't think I would eat there again. The service was fine, but I wasn't really impressed with the pasta. We did eat breakfast and Berkshire and it was absolutely amazing with a good portion size. I had the avocado toast and I very HIGHLY recommend it. We definitely plan on eating there again. We have already booked to stay here when we are in Boston again. :)

We checked in around 10 p.m., after a flight cancellation & re-booking of our plane for a 5:30 a.m. flight. We were told we could walk there so I called the hotel to ask for walking directions, I was put on hold by a gentleman, who never came back to the phone to help me. After an exhausting day, we looked forward to a couple of hours of sleep. When we checked into our room, the sink had water in it with a dirty towel sitting next to it, the counter by the phone was filthy & the bed had a dirt mark on it. They changed our room & it had hair on the bed & in shower; we went to sleep. This morning we had no shampoo & washed our hair with a bar of soap. For $365 this was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.
