From arrival to departure everything was taken care of for us. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Room service was timely and food very good. The hotel were staff very accommodating and kept non guests out which made us feel safe. The location is nicely situated between Prudential and. Copley so could order in or go out at your comfort and convenience.

I originally booked a 3 night stay but extended it for 6 days. I had the best experience! From the gorgeous scent when I walk through the doors to my massage, I didn’t think about my business or clients once. The doorman, JB, greeted me like we grew up together in the same neighborhood. Katherina remembered me from a short stay 6 months ago and checked on me the whole time and booked all of my appointments. Can’t wait to go back as soon as I can. This is my sweet escape!

Dear Greg C, We sincerely appreciate the opportunity of having you with us during your February business trip to Boston. We are glad to know that our location is convenient for your travel. We agree with you that there are many wonderful restaurants and eateries to enjoy, especially after an fun-filled day of shopping, either inside the connected Prudential Mall, Copley Place or the close-by stylish Newbury Street. We hope that you have the time to do a little of both. As the warmer weather arrives, and travel plans continue to increase, we look forward to welcoming your return to our hotel. Thank you for making us your home away from home. Regards, Philipp Knuepfer General Manager

My husband and I just got home from an incredibly relaxing weekend at the Mandarin. We did the Reset and Restore Wellness Retreat at the spa and couldn’t be happier about our experience. Eve and Tony were skilled and friendly practitioners and were with us the whole weekend. Jason, the Spa Director, was always available to us and did everything he could to make our stay comfortable and care free. The food for the entire weekend was provided by Revolution Health Kitchen in Boston. Incredible!!! We couldn’t recommend this retreat more highly.

Perfect stay- it’s the first time we stayed in a hotel since the pandemic began - I am a cancer patient and we needed to go to Dana Farber. Their COVID protocols are top notch, and we felt completely safe. All staff was wonderful. The food we got in in room dining was delicious. We loved the commitment to sustainability - bamboo toothbrushes and toothpaste tablets! The bed was super comfortable. We will be back!
