Hotel staffs (concierge, reception, housekeeper) were very nice and helpful. They all have great service minded.
The hotel location is very convenient. Close to shopping malls and union square but still quiet and peaceful.

Stayed her for 3 nights post Christmas
I am a World if Hyatt Globalist (highest member level) and spend many night per year in hotels. To be frank this Hyatt is pretty average.

I travelled on business to SFO and stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel are spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay here. The people are very hospitable and the restaurant is nice. Perfectly located if you want to sight see.
