2 blocks from Fisherman's Wharf - with many activity spaces for families. This is a large property with parking underneath. Free coffee in the morning but the breakfast items had to be purchased. No food places to a block or two from the property. Several other competing hotels in the neighborhood.

Hotel's Favorite
I was very impressed by the hotel, and location. It was easy to access everything, the hotel was clean and modern, and the help was very good. Joey (one of their employees) was extremely friendly, and gave us so many suggestions, and was very accommodating. I would recommend others stay here while they are in the Bay area.

I don’t know if I’ve ever loved a hotel quite as much as this one! If you’re staying with kids and want to be near the action, this is the place to be. The room was very comfortable. The service was above and beyond - the morning staff member in the Grab and Go/coffee bar area was so kind to me, and very helpful. We felt very safe, and my kids loved the pool. We also loved the common area - it was nice that my toddler and young kids could play “blocks” (with the Jenga pieces), and my older ones loved corn hole. No breakfast was a bit of a disappointment at first - BUT - the milk and cookies at night idea is so brilliant and honestly made up for it. (Breakfast is easy to do in the room anyway.) The location could not be better. We walked everywhere we wanted to go and still had plenty of time left during the day to rest and play in the pool - you are just minutes from everything! It feels a bit more like a community rather than a hotel. I’m grateful for the staff and amenities that made our stay in SFO such a great experience. I would absolutely stay here again, and I hope I get to!

Situated in an ideal location that marries the buzz of the city with comfort, this hotel is a great place to explore the wonders of San Francisco. Just leaving after our second stay on this trip. The standout feature for me was the exceptional service, particularly during breakfast at CZ2Go. Alvin, deserves a special mention for his consistently friendly and helpful attitude. His ability to make a great latte was a great start to the day. Additionally, Elina the duty manager was great, sorting out a problem with our booking. There is free regular coffee, but was worth the extra. Overall, it is a great location and we really enjoyed our stay

This is a fairly basic hotel but turned out better than our first impression. We were not able to access the rooms we had booked - one king-size room and one 2 queen bedroom. King was unavailable. However rooms were very clean with plenty of towels and toiletries. They were also a good size. It has a small bar area and some seating is helpful when waiting for taxis etc. Staff very friendly and helpful. It's in a great location to access Fisherman's Wharf and all SF has to offer. Just down the street Hollywood Cafe for breakfast is highly recommended.

Will be coming back here without a doubt!!!!!!! Excellent location, only ten minute walk to pier 39 but only 5 minutes or less to water front. Tonnes of eateries less than a block away. The hotel is immaculate from reception to the rooms. The dining area is basic and I would assume more there to utilise for a takeaway you have gotten elsewhere as they don’t really have a kitchen I don’t think (might be wrong but haven’t seen any food coming out!) They have an excellent games area for the kids which we have also loved playing as have many parents too. It’s clean and well kept and good quality games like giant connect for, a huge shuffle board table, pool table and loads more. Between 8-9pm every night they give out free oreos and milk to anyone who wants it. Just help yourself as much as you like in that hour! Free tea and coffee in the morning too. The pool is small but fine, we didn’t use it as too cold in April. Staff were brilliant. So helpful. Recommended a restaurant and we took the advice of which I’ve already given a 5 star rating for. Rooms are large and very well decorated. Modern, clean and they feel newly refurbed although I may be wrong. Housekeeping very friendly and chatty We are already planning a return next year and will not be staying anywhere else!!!

Nice, friendly hotel with spacious rooms located in a great position for exploring the city. Unfortunately our room was very noisy, which wasn’t the hotels fault however road sweepers clean up at 2am - 4am which when you’re on a low floor is very loud.. Nice little breakfast area to grab some snacks and a coffee and very helpful staff on the front desk.
