Truly 5 star service from checking in to check out. It only takes a few minutes, love the quick Service. Spent the weekend for Fathers Day to enjoy with my family. Staff is well trained from the lobby, poolside and beach. I would like commend the staff of Tasi, everyone was on tip top shape and would take that extra step to accommodate your request. You can avail the beach side cabana and poolside huts. Staff roams around to take orders if you want drinks or something to eat, presented with a smile as they approach you. We were lucky and delighted to get upgraded to a Suite located on 30th floor. This room was amazing and beats any Room we have stayed in. Trust me we avail a lot of Hotels in our visits but Dusit Guam beats what we’ve stayed in before by far! We truly say that Dusit is the best Hotel on Guam. Thank you Dusit for making our weekend most pleasurable and wonderful for our family to remember. Good job everyone!

We've visited the Dusit twice so far and, although there are some things I love about it, such as the location, the ocean view, and the pool areas, there are also some others you wouldn't expect from a 5 star hotel. In both occasions, cleanliness was not a top priority in our room.
Not sure if I'm extra when it comes to things such as hairs lingering on the floor, slow sinks, or prints on the mirror, but these are things I've experienced in both of our stays. On my first stay, the shower drain was clogged which caused the entire entrance and bathroom areas to flood. The staff was quick to remedy and accommodate our request to move elsewhere, but obviously it'd be best if these things didn't happen at all. With that being said, cleanliness issues are things I've experienced at other local highly rated hotels, such as the Tsubaki Tower, so the Dusit is not the only one.
Overall, I'd say that there's much to be loved about the Dusit Thani, such as the excellent customer service, the staff friendliness, the amazing food, the proximity to the beach, the beautiful pools, the breathtaking ocean view from the room, and much more. This is definitely a place we'll keep on staycationing in, but to the management team: please, please, please have someone double check the rooms cleanliness and the drainage functionality and be more attentive to the pools cleanliness: the hot tub had an inch of foamy dirt this morning!

It is my first time out of the country ever since the pandemic. I do not have any expectations but my stay at Dusit Thani Guam Resort had nothing been short of flawless and amazing!! Let me share you some of the highlights of my stay.
1. Room Accommodation I have stayed in their hotel and resort during March 24-27 and I have to say that the room’s cleanliness is superb! Not to mention that the view from my room was utterly breathtaking. You can feel the waves and the sand just by staring out the balcony. Definitely worth the splurge on hotel accommodation. Additional pillows would have been the icing on an already really well baked cake.
2. Food When it comes to their food, I was welcomed by a wide array of selections in their breakfast buffet at Aqua. Not only was there so much breakfast food to choose from, everything that I have picked out for breakfast tasted really good and amazing! Just what I needed to get going for the day. As for the Tasi Grill, I tried it out for dinner and the food, music, view, and service were all so impeccable! Definitely the best choice if you want an all around perfect dining experience.
3. Location and Amenities The location of the hotel is very accessible to the main and premium malls in the area. T Galleria, Tumon Sands Plaza, The Plaza (mall of Dusit Thani) among others are just walking distance - perfect for your immediate needs. My favorite part was the beach! It is very close to the hotel and the pool is very relaxing.
4. Crew and Management The quality of the service of Dusit Thani Guam Resort is one that should be highly praised. I would especially like to commend Ms. Rose Malabag (Front Office Manager) for being so helpful, kind, and warm to me and my mom. She arranged our swab test and really went out of her way to find an open clinic to do our swab (requirement for our flight) since clinics in the area are usually closed on weekends and closed early on weekdays. She also used her personal contacts just to help us secure our swab result the same day since our flight is on the next day. She was also able to secure a table in Tasi Grill during our last dinner in Guam despite the full booking of the restaurant. Her presence made our stay very comfortable, seamless, and hassle free.
Once I go back to Guam, I will not second guess but to book at Dusit Thani Guam Resort again! You should too!!

You would think at a five-star hotel that you wouldn’t have to run the water for 10 minutes in all the faucets just to get yourself get some warm water. what a waste of water you should be ashamed of yourself. No coffee maker in the room just a boiling pot. 😡 I wouldn’t stay here again.

it was too cold to swim at Dusit swimming pool. my second child got cold and could not attend to classes after coming back. Room price is highest in Guam but swimming pool is so small and cold. you can not take a rest at Dusit guam. and most staffsare unkind. especially i checking in, the staff made us wait over one hour and is bad at working. awfull!!! the worst hotel in the world. DO NO GO TO DUSIT GUAM!!!! 괌 두짓타니에 12/13-15일 이틀 묵었습니다. 정말 이렇게 최악인 호텔은 처음입니다. 옆 호텔이나 다른 곳은 바람이 안부는데 두짓 수영장만 태풍급 바람이 불고 춥습니다. 모자 날라가고 도저히 쉴수가 없는 곳. 우리 딸은 수영장에서 놀다가 추워서 감기가 걸려 돌아오는 비행기 안에서 열이 40도 이상 오르고, 다음날 학교수업도 못들었습니다. 그 감기에 온가족이 다 옮아서 병원가고, 큰애도 수업을 못듣고. 게다가 호텔 자체 직원들 태도도 불친절하고, 조식은 먹을것도 없고, 보통 직원이 와서 커피 드시겠냐고 물어보는데, 멀뚱히 쳐다만 보고 부르면 딴데 보고 커피한잔 먹는데 오래 기다렸어요. 체크인 직원은 한국인 직원 빼고 너무 최악이었어요. 체크인 당시 왔다갔다 기다리게 하더니 한시간 이상 걸려놓고, 제가 실수로 더블부킹이 된 상태였는데, 이름 넣으면 예약 상태 다 뜰텐데 더블부킹 얘기를 안해주고 노쇼처리 해버린겁니다. 한국 돌아왔더니 무려 백만원 넘게 더 청구가 되어 환불 요청했더니 노쇼라고 안해줬어요. 우리가 실제로 투숙을 했고, 제가 실수로 이중예약이 됐다면 그자리에서 다른건은 취소를 해줬으면 위약금만 냈을텐데, 노쇼패널티까지 붙여서 백만원을 떼먹네요. 다른 호텔들은 이런경우 취소를 해주는데 괌 두지타니는 안해줍니다. 이런 호텔이 이렇게 비싸다니 정말 최악입니다. 차라리 하얏트가 나아요. 두지타니는 가지마세요!!!

My family & I checked in on June 25 and stayed at the Kai Villa. We had the BEST 2020 summer staycation! From check in to check out, everyone was so pleasant m, courteous and the Dusit held a very welcoming atmosphere. Prompt room service and room dine-in was excellent!! The plunge pool was very well maintained and clean. The main pool was well attended and clean. The eateries within the hotel were excellent! Hot food entries to freshly brewed coffee. Our Villa was very neat, clean and dust free. No finger prints on mirrors or reflective areas. Shower/steam room and bath tub was very clean. Toilet bidet in both restrooms were fully functional and warm. Overall experience and cleanliness is definitely a 5 star!!

We really researched every single hotel before coming to Guam and we are so happy that we made the right decision by choosing Dusit Thani Guam Resort.
This was a surprise family trip for my moms 70th Birthday and the hotel staff helped me organize everything to be perfect for my parents before we even arrived.
They made my mom a delicious eggless chocolate cake per request for her birthday and served us fantastic vegetarian food at their Thai restaurant Soi.
The breakfast team has been very efficient especially Mr. Bradley and Ms. Crystal. Our trip would not have been the same without them. They have gone up and beyond to make sure we were catered vegetarian and vegan food every single day.
Dusit Thani is a kid friendly resort with several pools including slides and a splash pad. Mr. Kokai took good care of all of us at the pool. The food at the pool side restaurant is fantastic.
The only thing my kids missed out on was the kids club as unfortunately they are closed temporarily.
A special thanks to Mr. Earl Thomas & Mr. Rod for helping us make our stay absolutely memorable and surprising our boys with their own chocolate fondue & treats in the room. The look on our boys faces when the staff walked with the trolley of goodies was priceless!! Thank you so much!!
Overall all the staff are super friendly and very helpful. We highly recommend this resort if you are visiting Guam with Family.
This has been one of our most memorable family holiday and we look forward to coming back soon again.

We made the reservation thru open table and this time it was more difficult. I can also not write a review there for some unknown reason, so I do it here. We changed tables as this is the new year and we start something new. Full frontal ocean view while eating? Cannot get better than that. Yes it can with the service and the food. Our servers were famous Sheena E. (who ddidn't know there is a singer with her name) and Sharyn. Circling to make sure we were taken care of. Also, Earl Thomas came to say HELLO and HAPPY NEW YEAR. What a delight to see him again. We missed our other friendly faces like Thea, but we will see her soon. The food was delicious, Chef Katie' and her pastry crew had great desserts and our Gold discount was applied at the front without asking. Rona and Zandy took our payment and off we were for more Saturday adventures. We recommended the Dusit Gold Program to the diners at the next table and informed them how wonderful this has been for us and it made staying at a five star resort here on Guam possible. I believe quite a few people signed up. Again, we were not disappointed and we look forward to many more dining experiences at the Dusit Thani venues. Have a fantastic foodie day.

My wife and I booked one night at the Dusit Thani for a much needed staycation and to celebrate her birthday. Patrick checked us in and was extremely helpful. Roxin was our sever at the cabanas, she was very quick and professional. We ordered a bottle of wine for my wife’s birthday, Rosanna brought it quick and also got my wife a small cake after finding it it was her birthday.
Great stay and look forward to coming back again!

Hello! Our boilers are new and fully operational. In the event we are running at a very high occupancy there may be a slight increase in waiting time. We hope this has answered your question. Both hotels are great and I’ve stayed at both as well. The Dusit is a much newer hotel on Guam. Both have short slides your 10 year old can enjoy. There is a jacuzzi you can sit in as well. The room we stayed in at the Dusit had a steam room where you can control the temperature, Hyatt did not. Right by the pool is the beach where your family can enjoy beachside recreation. I’m sure Guam’s tropical beauty will surely deliver plenty of sun fun!

A taxi ride from the airport to the hotel will cost you approximately $25 plus an additional $1 for each piece of luggage.
If you are looking to do some sightseeing, it would be best to rent a car as it will be more convenient for you to get around without waiting for the buses.
