We really enjoyed staying here because of their water park and location, location is super nice if you decided to stay in the resort during your visit in Guam, you don’t even need a rent car. There are many restaurants near the resort and shopping malls. Water park is good enough to have fun. One thing i didn’t like is they clean the room around 4Pm which i didn’t appreciate but it seems like there were only few people were doing cleaning job so i couldn’t really complain about it. I would definitely visit here again if i visit Guam in the future.

As an added convenience, we Rootz Hill's Grillhouse restaurant and JP Superstore in our hotel lobby, we are also in walking distance to all major attractions and including Tarza Water Theme Park free to our guests. We do our best to keep our rooms clean and we can clean rooms at different times for the convenience of our guests.

I've stayed in Guam Plaza in 2016 so I already had an idea on how the stay would be going back May 2022. To my surprise, or maybe because they had enough time to renovate or clean rooms, my room this year is cleaner and better than 2016. I love this hotel because it is relatively cheap but in a prime location - lobby has a mall, Mcdonalds, Racks, when you cross it's T-Galleria, the beach and other mall. Unfortunately, most of the tourist spot and other areas are still closed when we got there. I would like to also give a big kudos to their breakfast. Really good variety, and probably best staff around - special shoutout to Angie and Jonathan of Roots! We transferred in a more expensive hotel for one night and we totally regret paying for their breakfast because breakfast in Roots (Guam Plaza) is half the price and wayyy more delicious. We highly recommend!

Location is excellent and right in the center of the tourist part of the island. Beach access is right across the street. Rooms are clean and simple. My 2 big gripes are lack of room service and the noise from upper floors. The rooms have hardwood floors and when people above you drag chairs across the floor above you it's EXTREMELY loud. Why the hotel hasn't put soft pads on the bottoms of the legs of all their furniture to prevent this is beyond me. It's a simple and cheap fix.

GUAM family trip was held from August 25th to 28th. The hotel stays 3 nights in GUAMPLAZA. As you know about the location of the hotel, it is located here that everything can be enjoyed on foot as it is close to the main street and the beach. We were able to rent a car and see other beaches and activities, dinner, Cape Lover, Kmart, Donkey and more from our hotel base. The receptionists were also cheerful and kind. And I can speak some Japanese. It was all good things. The only regret was that the attached tarza was partially closed. It was just a flowing pool. It is a hotel with no complaints whatsoever. Next time, it will be decided here.

We book this hotel based on some reviews. It was lower cost and close to the activities near beach and plenty of food options. While I will say most amenities were closed that was NOT on the booking notice when we purchased. The hotel is not a bad place but very simple, relatively clean and good location. Management was very nice and allowed us to cancel our reservation with a refund as we where staying 18 days. If you are looking for a reasonable stay in the middle of all the activity this might be a fit. Water park CLOSED...

The Guam Plaza is an ideal choice for a business trip to Guam. The location is central and food options are right across the street.
I would rate my room a 9/10. It was clean, comfortable and fairly large. Shoutout for the double power outlets and double USB ports for each bed!
The TV looked too small on the wall (i think it was >32”). The aircon unit was annoyingly noisy though it didn’t spoil my stay and I just informed the front desk on check-out.
Since I had to work from the room, how I wished the chair had a backrest.
The front desk staff are friendly and eager to please.
I would rate my room a 9/10. It was clean, comfortable and fairly large. Shoutout for the double power outlets and double USB ports for each bed!

Nice hotel but don’t expect much from the cleaning staff. You pay for everyday you stay but they only clean every other day. You have to request water be put in your room. Those are their words. The last thing I want to do after 8/12 hours of work is have to search for water.

For 1 month talk text and unlimited data I paid $70 with the company Docomo. There is plenty of parking above and under ground no need for valet. My room was like $160/day.
