The full ocean view we had was amazing. The life guards and waiters at the 4 pools spoiled the kids! The hotel is very kid friendly and yet still romantic. Indoor and outdoor playground.
We had a few issues with the housekeeping and the housekeeping mgr was not addressing our issues at all.
After meeting with the actual manager Andre, our housekeeping issues were addressed immediately. The hotel is being renovated which is a great thing because the property is amazing!
We even left our cell phone in our room and he found it and sent it back to us in Korea!
The Fisherman's Cove was Amazing and I wished we would have ate their more often! They are the best! Thank you Andre again for your hospitality and amazing team!

This hotel kinda caters to almost a Air BnB vibe and honestly it’s not to bad. If you an honors member and partake in the free breakfast then you’ll be happy to know they serve the following items..fried/white rice, boiled eggs, tater tots or hash brown triangles, chicken tenders, bacon sausage, mystery meat(spam), random veg, waffles, pancakes, French toast, fried eggs and random omelets… sorry but I got bored by the second week and I was there for about 8 weeks…change up the menu guys dang… also the fridge in the room… waste of space… do better! You can’t fit more than 5 cans and 5 bottles in that thing… heaven forbid you bring home leftovers from dinner… just too small…bathrooms are really nice… wanna take a bath and have 30 spare mins to prep… then this is your room… tub takes 30 mins to fill. Shower flexes it’s dominance by spraying you in hot then cold then hot again temps…lastly parking… wow just freaking wow! Thur-Sat if you move your car you screwed… all the locals coming in for the over priced surf and turf snark your parking right as you leave mind you the bums using the gym do the same as well…all in all… thought it woulda been better…

I had an excellent 4-night stay at the Tumon Bay Hilton hotel. I was told that I would have an ocean view room but it turned out to be a view of the parking lot and the top of one of the Hilton complex buildings. It is ok, I was mostly working while I was there. The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom in particular felt a bit aged but it was clean and fine. Everything was quiet except for the last night (a Friday), where there was loud music from some event that went on until about 10pm. The Caffe Cino has breakfast, lunch, and dinner and although there were times when I would have liked a heartier dinner to be available on some nights, I was glad to have something in the hotel rather than nothing. I believe the proper restaurant is open on Thursday through Sunday. The beach is short and at high tide there is no beach. This is a place where you would come for the pools rather than the beach. The staff is super friendly and helpful— thank you to them all!!

If you are looking for a room that grows mold then you have the right place! I have stayed at this location for over 3 months in the past year and out of the 4 rooms I have had there is massive mold build up in every room. My most recent stay, my luggage was damaged from mold due to the lac maintenance on the A/C system causing the whole room to be damp constantly!
Second if you want to have your lovely time at the pool or breakfast ruined every day by the sounds of a turbo NASCAR leaf blower chasing a single leaf around the patio area for hours this is the spot! The hotel seriously needs electric leaf blowers.
Parking is aweful there is 6 diamond member spots other then that have fun finding somewhere to park and if you can’t find anywhere to park near in the parking lot there is the parking garage but you have to endure the wretched smell of trash going to and from the parking garage.
Lastly forget doing laundry here the dryers will not dry your cloths! And for as expensive as the hotel charges for there coin-op machines you will get damp soggy cloths.
This location does not live up to the Hilton brand and I encourage Hilton Corporate to do a unexpected site visit to see how there brand is being displayed here in Guam

all these reviews must be fake because this hotel is terrible! Dirty, smelly, deteriorated condition. Shower is falling apart and the nozzle doesn't point down and leaks onto bathroom floor...alot, everything is dirty, carpet stained, beds are HORRIFIC! mattress is hard, pillows are flat and stinky, no sheet only a comforter. Hello, it's hot as hell here! Let's not talk about the so called restaurants in the hotel...yuuuck. at least the 12 in. fridge is big enough to store food so you're not buying their WAY overpriced disgusting food constantly. That was sarcasm. I'm here for work so I'm not nearly as furious as i would be if i came on vacation and saw this dump. And the service people I've dealt with weren't rude really, they just ignored us. They could have sold me five or six drinks at the bar along with the nasty burger i ate if only they bothered with some customer service. Instead i left after one cause i couldn't get the time of day. I've stayed in some bad ones but none that cost this much for such crap! Shame on the management.

This hotel offers the guess a real like resort feeling. The staff are always ready to help you. It has several restaurants inside the facilities. I have been in other hotels in Guam due to lack of availability in the Hilton but no other compares to the Hilton in quality, cost, location and service.

Best: friendly staff who remembered names and were chatty as well as helpful.
‼️ Worst: at checkout the front desk attempted to charge me $425 for early check in! 😱🤯 Instead of correcting the error (it was probably $35), they continued to try to up charge me. I was being helped by Bella and her supervisor Mariko. Mariko got on the phone, not knowing I spoke Japanese, and had an erroneous conversation and decided not to correct the price. She hung up and told me they would allow me to pay $270. I refused. I needed to leave so I ended up paying $100. Absolutely absurd, especially when you consider the cost per night averaged $250, and this is a 3 star hotel experience. 5 star hotels do not charge this much for early check in. Appalling behavior, which should be rectified once the holiday ends and the Hilton customer service hotline is back up.
There is one flat sheet that doesn’t fit the bed so the mattress is exposed.
The guests in the room next door could be heard as though they were in the same room.
The power went out one night during rain, no lightening, it was odd.
The food is terrible. Do not eat the hotel food at any of the restaurants. It is overpriced and bad tasting/quality. NYE we tried to enjoy dinner at Roy’s. It was a set menu. You’d probably pay $35 at a chain restaurant like Applebee’s or Outback for this meal. It cost $135 a person, not including drinks. The free entry with a dining receipt to the NYE party was not given as advertised.
There isn’t a beach. It’s a small swatch of fake grass that has two very slippery staircases into the water. The outdoor staff is the highlight (thanks JP). You can swim or walk through the water to the public beach, which is nicer. Pools needed cleaning. Hot tub was actually too hot, a problem I’ve never come across before. You have to get a wristband for the pool each day and sign for towels.
Honestly don’t spend any time in the hotel other than to sleep.

Hilton Guam is the best on island. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The resort is clean and beautiful with spectacular views. Even tho it’s about a mile from the malls and shopping center the location is ideal for peace and quite away from the hassle and bustle of the small city. Internet connectivity is high speed when conducting business activity. I highly recommend Hilton Guam on your visit to this awesome island.

The experience was great! Friendly staffs, very welcoming. The beds, too FIRM, back aches like crazy wouldn’t recommend it unless you bring your own bed topper. The parking is terrible, it’s always full. Hilton needs to designate check in guests parking ONLY and other guests parking at the garage.

Hi Michele W. Thank you for reaching out to us. Kindly make your shuttle service arrangements with our Reservations team. Safe travels!
Hi it is quite big, I am about 1.53 tall, it can probably fit 2 of me.
I actually didn’t like exec lounge as the food wasn’t so good. And it was more or less the same every day. I stayed in the presidential suite and the view was good. It’s a bit of walk to the main part of downtown so it’s best to rent a car if you are going to stay at Hilton. Sorry I don’t know much about local sim but free wifi was available in many locations.
