Lotte hotel is not located in the centre, but it is a walking distance and there were free shuttle buses as well. Very clean and quiet. I loved the environment. But I was not happy with the management. I sent an email for inquiries 3 times, but I received only 1 reply and it took more than a week to receive, therefore, I had to ask when I arrived at the hotel, but again there was no communication between staff, when I checked in, I have been told I would get an answer later, but when I asked afternoon to the other staff, the staff did not know anything about my inquires. It was quite disappointing.
And one more, I booked and paid 3 rooms for 9 people. But when I was given for Cabana ticket it was only 4 tickets which only 8 people can use. I asked I paid for 9 people but how come I was give for only 8 people, the staff said the tickets were only complimentary, they did not have to give ticket for 9 people and if 9 people want to use,I have to pay $10 extra. I paid more than US$4,000 to stay this hotel…. But they still wanted me to pay another $10….
if anyone wants to contact them, call them, it would be easier to get through And travel with even-numbered not odd-numbered.

Kudos to the staff. From reservations, front desk, F&B, housekeeping and poolside everyone was well trained, friendly and courteous. We checked in for the weekend and really enjoyed our stay. Check in, the lady at front desk assisted us with our belongings as we used the trolley to load up, she went of her way to follow us outside and even watched our daughters while I went to park my car. Room - extremely clean to our surprise. A/C was very cold even on low setting, this is how we like it. We got the chill box replaced with a compressor type as we stocked a lot of water, Marfel from housekeeping replaced in a jiff. Pool Beach - very enjoyable, with a great look into Tumon Bay as we enjoyed the sunsets in the infinity pool. Access to the beach is like a 2 minute walk away with soft smooth sand to relax your feet. Cabana - the luxury to enjoy your lunch in a closed or open door setting with a flat screen TV, ceiling fan and A/c, we enjoyed the ambiance while looking out into the pool area. The lounge & deli, has affordable set lunch boxes to go. We enjoyed ordering our lunch and beverages staff was very courteous all 3 days we were there. Overall things went very smooth from booking, check in/ out. You will get that family friendly greeting from each staff member just walking passed them. Kudos to each and every staff member who made our stay a home away from home visit.

The hotel is located towards the end of the strip but it is still fairly near convenience stores, restaurants, entertainment, and stores. It has multiple parking lots. The hotel has taken measures to maintain the safety and health of guests in relation to the current pandemic. A specific elevator or stair must be taken to reach your room, but the front desk will specify the correct access point. The room was updated and clean with an amazing view. The bathroom is really nice. The pool offers several options as a standard and endless pools. The hotel has access to the beach which was kept clean. Additionally, the hotel offers a bar and restaurant on the main floor with multiple cocktails and the option of a buffet. The front desk can help you obtain a taxi but they also have the rental car services. I truly recommend this hotel.

We had a family weekend staycation for our daughter’s 6th birthday. The front desk staff was friendly, but we waited almost 30min to get checked in. There were only 2 people ahead of us, but only one person behind the lobby counter. Acknowledging the longer than expected wait time to check in, the lobby offered complimentary cold drinks from its deli. That was nice.
The hotel restaurant, La Siene, was not able to accommodate our family for brunch the next day since they were full. They were full for the next 3 weeks apparently.
The pool was okay. It was a bit rainy the day we used it so the water was ice cold. The jacuzzi was not working properly since its temperature was luke warm at best. The infinity pool was great! My kids loved to watch out into Tumon Bay. Drink service by the pool was adequate, considering there was only 1 person manning the bar. I don’t fault the hotel for this since lack of manpower has been typical during the pandemic. Also we couldn’t find the beach access so we weren’t able to take a walk to the water.
The room was spacious. Beds were a little hard, but not so uncomfortable as to keep me awake at night. Bathroom was large with good toiletries offered. Floors are a little slippery in there, so take care. The view from the balcony at sunset was fantastic!

Given the location, the view, and the price, I was so excited for this hotel. While those probably outweighed the negatives, I didn't find my stay less enjoyable than I had hoped. The size of the room and bathroom was great and the front desk staff was helpful. However, this hotel needs to invest some money into soundproofing. I was awoken every morning by 7:00am by my neighbors opening drawers, closing doors, moving chairs, you name it. It was so frustrating. I was also frustrated by the fact that we could not adjust the aircon in our room whatsoever. We couldn't raise the temperature above 23 degrees or drop it at all. Not what I would have expected... I understand being environmentally conscious but when I'm sweating during the night and can't do anything about it... I'm pretty disappointed. The stay includes four free hours in the cabanas, but we found the cabanas not worth it. You aren't allowed to bring in any outside food or drink to the cabanas, but yet the bar was closed half of the week? We didn't even use our second coupon because it was more of a hassle than anything. Would I stay again? I'm not sure. The beach is so amazing that maybe I would, or maybe I'd try a different hotel on Tumon Bay.

I went to Guam haha Oh~!! I'm actually at a loss as to how I can write about my memories in Guam, but I'll tell you about the hotel for Koreans who are visiting Guam for the first time. The hotel lobby was spacious and clean. Korean staff were stationed everywhere, so there was no inconvenience. The staff was very friendly. The view of Tumon Beach from the room was amazing. Late post but wanted to share my experience at Lotte. I wanted to post about my weekend in one post but too long to write in one post. I never wrote a review but from start to end everything went as planned thanks to the staffs and management. 1Never received so many Hafa Adais. Felt good!
I wanted to take my wife and my 9 months baby to the best hotel on our first Easter. When it comes to hotel or restaurant my first choice is always Lotte. It's clean, staffs are always welcoming and best of all food is delicious. Facilities wise everything is there from beach access to spa. I hardly ever post, but I got a smile from my wife so had to post. Q I usually book standard room, but needed something special for my family so I called the hotel and told the reservation staff that it's my family's first Easter and she recommended pool side suite since I have a baby. I took her words and wow when we entered the room. It was huge! From big fridge to microwave I didn't have to request. I don't know if it came with the room but my wife was happy. She was worried about baby food and how to heat it up in the beginning and when she walked in and did a little tour, she smiled and my baby was smiling and crawling on the big king bed. I wanted to take the bed if I could. Daddy moment. Highly recommend Pool Side Suite if you have a baby or small child.
